Toto pravidlo sa uplatňuje iba na zvieratá pochádzajúce z časti Haut Rhin alebo Landkreise Lörrach, Waldshut, Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald a mesta Freibourg i.B.

This rule shall apply only to animals originating in the department of Haut Rhin or the Landkreise Lörrach, Waldshut, Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald and the town of Freibourg i.B.

Účel: Obnovenie poškodených lúk prostredníctvom pomoci na nákup semien pre departementy l'Aude, la Haute-Garonne a le Haut-Rhin.

Objective: To regenerate damaged grassland through aid for the purchase of seed in the Aude, Haute-Garonne and Haut-Rhin departments.

1. Komisii bolo 11. januára 2006 doručené oznámenie o zamýšľanej koncentrácii podľa článku 4 nariadenia Rady (ES) č. 139/2004, [1] podľa ktorého spoločnosti Eiffage ("Eiffage", Francúzsko) a Macquarie Infrastructure Group International Limited ("MIGIL", Bermudy) kontrolované spoločnosťou Macquarie Bank Limited ("Macquarie", Austrália) získavajú v zmysle článku 3 ods. 1 písm. b) nariadenia Rady spoločnú kontrolu nad spoločnosťou Autoroutes Paris-Rhin-Rhone ("APRR", Francúzsko) kúpou akcií.

1. On 11 January 2006, the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 [1] by which the undertakings Eiffage ("Eiffage", France) and Macquarie Infrastructure Group International Limited ("MIGIL", Bermuda) controlled by the Macquarie Bank Limited ("Macquarie", Australia) acquire within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Council Regulation joint control of the undertaking Autoroutes Paris-Rhin-Rhone ("APRR", France) by way of purchase of shares.

(4) Klasický mor ošípaných sa neskôr potvrdil aj u diviačej zveri v oblasti Bas-Rhin a ďalej sa rozšíril do severovýchodnej časti Moselle v oblasti Severných Vogéz. Zistilo sa, že túto druhú epidémiu spôsobil odlišný kmeň vírusu, pričom sa vyvíjala inak ako epidémia, ktorej výskyt sa potvrdil v oblasti Thionville.

(4) Classical swine fever was later also confirmed in feral pigs in Bas-Rhin and it spread to the north-eastern part of Moselle, in the area of the Northern Vosges. It was established that this second epidemic was caused by a different virus strain and evolved in a distinct manner from the one confirmed in the area of Thionville.

(14) Výnosom prefekta z 12. januára 1998 Regionálna rada Alsaska a rady departementov Haut-Rhin a Bas-Rhin vytvorili zmiešaný syndikát Symbio (ďalej len "Symbio"), ktorého cieľom je vykonanie činností potrebných na realizáciu parku Bioscope.

(14) By order of 12 January 1998, the Regional Council of Alsace and the Departmental Councils of Haut-Rhin and Bas-Rhin set up the mixed consortium Symbio (Symbio) with a view to implementing the necessary procedures for the construction of Bioscope.

(3) Francúzsko taktiež zaviedlo intenzívny program na kontrolu výskytu klasického moru ošípaných u diviačej zveri v departementoch Ardeny, Meurthe-et-Moselle, Moselle a Bas-Rhin, ktoré sa nachádzajú na hraniciach s Belgickom, Nemeckom a Luxemburskom. Tento program doteraz prebieha.

(3) France put also in place an intensive programme to survey classical swine fever in feral pigs in the departments of Ardennes, Meurthe-et-Moselle, Moselle and Bas-Rhin, bordering Belgium, Germany and Luxemburg. That programme is still ongoing.
