1. El 26 de octubre de 2006, la Comisión recibió la notificación, de conformidad con el artículo 4 del Reglamento (CE) no 139/2004 del Consejo [1], de un proyecto de concentración por el cual la empresa VB Autobatterie GmbH%amp% Co. (FIAMM, Italia), en concreto el negocio de arranque de vehículos de FIAMM ("FIAMM-SBB"), mediante la compra de acciones de una empresa de reciente creación y la compra de activos.

Op 26 oktober 2006 ontving de Commissie een aanmelding van een voorgenomen concentratie in de zin van artikel 4 van Verordening (EG) nr. 139/2004 van de Raad [1] waarin wordt meegedeeld dat de onderneming VB Autobatterie GmbH%amp% Co. KGaA (%quot%VB%quot%, Duitsland), een onderneming die onder gezamenlijke zeggenschap staat van Johnson Control Inc. (%quot%JCI%quot%, VS) en Robert Bosch GmbH (%quot%Bosch%quot%, Duitsland), in de zin van artikel 3, lid 1, onder b), van genoemde verordening zeggenschap verkrijgt over delen van FIAMM S.p.A. (FIAMM, Italië), namelijk de activiteiten van FIAMM op het gebied van starters voor auto's (%quot%FIAMM-SBB%quot%), door de aankoop van aandelen van een nieuw opgerichte vennootschap en de aankoop van activa.
