5. Las retenciones efectuadas sobre la remuneracion de los sujetos pasivos en concepto de pensiones y pensiones de jubilacion o prevision social se deduciran de la base imponible.Articulo 4

-en concepto de inventos patentados,quedaran gravadas al tipo impositivo que, el mes anterior al pago, fuera aplicable a la fraccion mas elevada de la base imponible de la remuneracion del funcionario.

shall be assessed for purposes of the tax at the rate which, in the month preceding that of payment, was applied to the highest taxable amount of the official's remuneration;

a) " vehiculo automovil comercial ", todo vehiculo de carretera, de motor, que, de acuerdo con su tipo de construccion y su equipo, sea apto y se destine para el transporte con o sin remuneracion:

(A) " COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE " MEANS ANY MOTORIZED ROAD VEHICLE WHICH BY ITS TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION AND EQUIPMENT IS DESIGNED FOR AND CAPABLE OF TRANSPORTING, WHETHER FOR PAYMENT OR NOT:

1. El funcionario que hubiere sido objeto de la medida prevista en el apartado 1 del articulo 4, tendra derecho:a) a una indemnizacion mensual de cuantia igual a su ultima remuneracion, durante un periodo de seis meses, y

-la cuantia de las deducciones a que se refiere el apartado 4 del articulo 3, se obtendra aplicando este coeficiente corrector a la cuantia de las deducciones tal como haya sido calculada antes de la aplicacion a la remuneracion de cualquier coeficiente corrector;

-the amount of abatements mentioned in Article 3 (4) shall be obtained by applying the corrective factor to the amount of the abatements as calculated before applying any corrective factor to the remuneration;

Considerando que, a tal fin, la salida de las cosechas al mercado debe asegurar a los productores de la Comunidad una remuneracion justa, cuyo nivel puede definirse para el aceite de oliva, por un precio indicativo a la produccion y, para las semillas oleaginosas, por un precio indicativo;

whereas to this end the marketing of Community crops of these products must ensure producers a fair income, the level of which may be determined by a production target price in the case of oil seeds;

4. La cuantia de los ingresos percibidos por el interesado en una nueva actividad durante este periodo, sera deducida de la indemnizacion prevista en el apartado 1, en la parte en que tales ingresos acumulados a esta indemnizacion excedan de la ultima remuneracion global percibida por el funcionario en el ejercicio de sus funciones, modificada mediante el coeficiente corrector a que se refiere el apartado 3.

4. The income accruing to the official concerned from any new employment during this period shall be deducted from the allowance provided for in paragraph 1, in so far as that income plus that allowance exceed the total remuneration last received by the official in the performance of his duties. That remuneration shall be weighted as provided in paragraph 3.

Las Partes Contratantes se comprometeran, siempre que dispongan de reservas suficientes para sus propias necesidades, a poner estos reactivos para la determinacion de los grupos de los tejidos histologicos, a disposicion de las demas Partes que los necesiten, sin mas remuneracion que la necesaria para el reembolso de los gastos de su obtencion, preparacion y del transporte de estas sustancias, asi como, si es necesario, de los gastos de su adquisicion.

The Contracting Parties undertake, provided that they have sufficient stocks for their own needs, to make tissue-typing reagents available to other Parties who are in need of them and to charge only those costs of collection, processing and carriage of such substances and the cost (if any) of their purchase.

Considerando que, a tal fin, la salida de las cosechas al mercado debe asegurar a los productores de la Comunidad una remuneracion justa, cuyo nivel puede definirse para el aceite de oliva, por un precio indicativo a la produccion y, para las semillas oleaginosas, por un precio indicativo; que la diferencia entre dichos precios y los que sean aceptables para el consumidor representa la ayuda que debe concederse para alcanzar el fin que se persigue;

Whereas, because of the situation on the world market, certain sectors of agricultural and industrial production in the Community would be adversely affected if the effects of the removal of import barriers were not offset by other measures; whereas olive oil consumption might decline if there was a substantial fall in the price of competing oils; whereas, furthermore, other oils and oil seeds are in direct competition with oils and oil seeds imported from third countries at a reduced rate of duty or duty-free;

Cuando los sueldos, salarios y emolumentos resulten afectados por un coeficiente corrector:-la cuantia de cada uno de los elementos tomados en consideracion para el calculo del impuesto, con excepcion de las retenciones efectuadas sobre la remuneracion de los sujetos pasivos en concepto de pensiones y pensiones de jubilacion o prevision social, se obtendra, para cumplir el presente Reglamento, aplicando este coeficiente corrector a la cuantia de este elemento tal como haya sido calculada antes de la aplicacion a la remuneracion de cualquier coeficiente corrector;

When salaries, wages and emoluments are subject to a corrective factor: -the amount of each of the elements included in the calculation of the tax, except deductions made from the remuneration of persons liable on account of pensions, and retirement allowances or of social security, shall, for the application of this Regulation, be obtained by applying the corrective factor to the amount of this element as calculated before applying any corrective factor to the remuneration;
