(3) A mechanism to facilitate reinforced cooperation in civil protection assistance interventions could supplement the current Community action programme in the field of civil protection[18] by making support available in the event of major emergencies which may require urgent response action. facilitaría la movilización de los equipos de intervención, expertos y otros recursos, según proceda, a través de una estructura reforzada comunitaria de protección civil consistente en un Centro de Control e Información y de un sistema común de comunicación e información de emergencia; también ofrecería la posibilidad de recoger información validada sobre situaciones de emergencia, difundir dicha información a los Estados miembros y compartir la experiencia adquirida en las intervenciones.

(3) Mehānisms pastiprinātas sadarbības veicināšanai civilās aizsardzības palīdzības intervencē varētu papildināt Kopienas rīcības programmu civilās aizsardzības jomā[18], padarot atbalstu pieejamu lielās ārkārtējās situācijās, kurās var būt vajadzīga steidzama rīcība. Tas veicinātu palīdzības vienību, ekspertu un citu vajadzīgo resursu mobilizāciju, izmantojot pastiprinātu Kopienas civilās aizsardzības struktūru, kurā ir pārraudzības un informācijas centrs un kopīgās ārkārtējo situāciju sakaru un informācijas sistēmas. Tas arī nodrošinātu iespēju savākt apstiprinātu ārkārtējo situāciju informāciju, izplatīt šādu informāciju dalībvalstīm un dalīties pieredzē, kas gūta no intervencēm.
