Jag skulle vilja lägga till en del i meningen - jag läser den på franska eftersom det är den version jag har här- s' il est exigé par le droit de l' Etat membre requis ou requérant que la personne donne son consentiment. Där vill jag lägga till orden " par le droit de l' Etat membre requis ou requérant".

Det förefaller mig desto allvarligare som det i de franska lagtexterna uttryckligen fastställs att domen från Conseil d' Etat( motsv. lagrådet och regeringsrätten), när det handlar om en ledamot av Europaparlamentet , skall fastställas i kammaren , och i detta fall avkunnades den endast av två underavdelningar vilket är ett mycket allvarligt brott mot Le Pens rättigheter.
