I rubriken efter landskoden "YU" gällande Förbundsrepubliken Jugoslavien skall "66/402" ersättas med "66/401, 66/402, 2002/54 och 2002/57".

In the entry beside the code "YU" relating to the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, "66/402" is replaced by "66/401, 66/402, 2002/54 and 2002/57".

1. Punkt 1 d skall kompletteras med följande mening: "Republiken Grekland skall dock tillåtas att använda landskoden 'EL'."

1. The following sentence shall be added to paragraph 1(d): "Nevertheless, the Hellenic Republic shall be authorised to use the prefix 'EL'."

Nummerrättigheter kan också erhållas från en europeisk nummerplan, till exempel den virtuella landskoden 3883, som tilldelats länder som är medlemmar av Europeiska post- och telesammanslutningen (CEPT).

Rights to numbers may also be allocated from a European numbering plan, including for example the virtual country code "3883" which has been attributed to member countries of the European Conference of Post and Telecommunications (CEPT).

Irland, Italien, Spanien, Portugal och Förenade kungariket får dock behålla sina nuvarande system med en alfanumerisk kod i stället för de tolv siffrorna efter landskoden till och med den 31 december 1999.

However, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Portugal and the United Kingdom may maintain their current system of an alpha-numeric code for the 12 digits following the country code until 31 December 1999.
