Welsh farmers need to co-operate and capture more of the added value monopolised by the processors and retailers

You would have to tackle supermarkets and all retailers of cheap alcohol to get to grips with that issue

What discussions have you held with supermarkets and other retailers to ensure that meat from vaccinated animals is saleable ? What conclusions have you reached about how vaccination would be carried out ? You referred to vaccination in your statement , but what have you done since April to pursue this matter ?
