Delyth Evans : Is the Minister planning to establish a world-class university innovation centre in Wales similar to the five such centres in England , as set out in the UK Government White Paper on enterprise skills and innovation ? If we do not adopt the English model in Wales , is there not a danger that we will fall further behind the rest of the UK in information technology skills ?
