المقدمة : إنّ الفقه الإسلامي العظيم الذي هو نسيج الإسلام المتين وشرع الله الحكيم , والذي به صاغ المسلمون حياتهم في ضوء النصوص الشرعيّة هو المنطلق الحضاريّ الرائع للأمة, لأنه يبني أصول عزتها وقوام حياتها وينظّم علاقاتها الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسيّة . ذلك أنه لا عاصم للمجتمع البشريّ من التردي والانحدار أو الضياع إلاّ بباعث إصلاحي قوي يهز أركان الانحراف ويقض مضاجع الغافلين السّادرين .
