If the vehicle is intended for standees or with a crew member who is not seated, the centre of gravity of the loads Q or 75 kg representing them, shall be uniformly distributed over the standee or crew area respectively, at a height of 875 mm. Where a vehicle is equipped to carry luggage on the roof, a uniformly distributed mass (BX) of not less than that declared by the manufacturer in accordance with paragraph 7.4.3.3.1 of Annex I to 97/27/EC representing such baggage shall be secured to the roof.

Kui sõiduk on ette nähtud seisvatele reisijatele või mitteistuvatele meeskonnaliikmetele, jagatakse koormuste Q raskuskeskmed või neid esindavad 75 kg koormused ühtlaselt 875 mm kõrgusel seisukohtade või sõidumeeskonna piirkonna vahel. Kui sõiduk on varustatud võimalusega pakkide vedamiseks katusel, kinnitatakse katusele pakke esindav ühtlaselt jaotatud mass (BX), mis ei ole väiksem kui tootja poolt vastavalt direktiivi 97/27/EÜ I lisa punkti 7.4.3.3.1 kohaselt määratletud mass.
