Introduction Epi Info™ is a public domain software package designed for the global
community of public health practitioners and researchers.
It provides for easy form and database construction, data entry, and analysis
with epidemiologic statistics, maps, and graphs.
Intended
audience
This manual is intended for all parties responsible for analysing the STEPS
data and producing STEPS Country Reports.
Analysis

This manual only covers the analysis component of Epi Info.

using this
manual
This manual has been written in eight parts. Each part is introduced with an
overview and a short table of contents to help you find specific topics.
Each part contains procedures, exercises, and assessment items. If you skip the
exercises in any of the parts you may have problems using the programs in
later parts.
