Belgisch Interventie-en Restitutiebureau 2. Belgian State on the following questions:

(26) Les quatre exportateurs ayant coopéré ont allégué que Transfurans Chemicals BVBA Belgique (TFC) et International Furan Chemicals BV Pays-Bas (IFC) ne constituaient pas "l'industrie communautaire" au sens de l'article 4, paragraphe 1, et de l'article 5, paragraphe 4, du règlement de base, faisant valoir qu'il s'agissait de sociétés de très petite taille au vu du nombre de personnes employées et qu'elles étaient détenues par une société privée établie en République dominicaine, à savoir Central Romana Corporation (CRC).

(26) The four cooperating exporters claimed that Transfurans Chemicals BVBA (TFC), Belgium and International Furan Chemicals BV, the Netherlands (IFC) do not constitute the "Community industry" within the meaning of Articles 5(4) and 4(1) of the basic Regulation, because these companies are very small in view of the number of employees and are owned by a privately held company in the Dominican Republic, Central Romana Corporation (CRC).

Grass, Registrar, made an order on 27 October 2005, the operative part of which is as follows:
