La voce “manutenzione” è stata influenzata da 3.011 migliaia di Euro ( nel 2003 4.101 migliaia di Euro) di interventi di manutenzione straordinaria capitalizzati sugli immobili “trading”, inseriti nella voce “costi non ripetibili” e hanno avuto come obiettivo quello di valorizzare gli immobili di maggior pregio attraverso opere di ristrutturazione delle facciate e parti comuni.

The “maintenance” line item includes extraordinary maintenance activities in the amount of € 3,011 (€ 4,101 thousand in 2003) capitalized as trading properties and stated as “non-recurring items”; the purpose of such maintenance programme has been to enhance prestigious buildings through restructuring of facades and other common parts.

L’attività di investment continua a rappresentare il “core business” del Gruppo.

- esercizio di attività commerciale (NO società immobiliari con immobili “a reddito”).

- operating as trading businesses (NO real estate companies with “revenue-yielding” properties).

- 3 fabbricati a destinazione “Development”;

La nuova normativa definisce in modo più puntuale il concetto di “Informazione Privilegiata”, le caratteristiche necessarie per essere considerati “persone rilevanti”, innova le modalità e i termini delle comunicazioni alla Consob e al mercato ed infine istituisce il “Registro delle Persone che hanno accesso a Informazioni Privilegiate”.

The new legislation defines the concept of “privileged information” in greater detail, as well as the prerequisites to being considered a “significant person” and the methods and timeframes for communications to CONSOB and to the market, and also establishes the register of people who have access to privileged information.
