they say unto him, master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act.
«Յանցանքի մէջ բռնուած այս կինը յայտնապէս շնացել է,

ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, thou shalt not commit adultery:
Լսել էք, թէ ինչ ասուեց. «Մի՛ շնանար».

and if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery.
Եւ մի կին եթէ թողնի իր ամուսնուն եւ ուրիշ մարդու կին լինի, շնութիւն արած կը լինի»:

and he saith unto them, whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her.
Եւ նրանց ասաց. «Եթէ մի մարդ արձակի իր կնոջը եւ ուրիշին առնի, շնութիւն արած կը լինի:

whosoever putteth away his wife, and marrieth another, committeth adultery: and whosoever marrieth her that is put away from her husband committeth adultery.
Ով որ իր կնոջն արձակում է եւ մի ուրիշին առնում, շնանում է. իսկ ով որ արձակուածին է առնում, շնանում է»:

thou knowest the commandments, do not commit adultery, do not kill, do not steal, do not bear false witness, honour thy father and thy mother.
Պատուիրանները գիտես՝ մի՛ շնացիր, մի՛ սպանիր, մի՛ գողացիր, սուտ մի՛ վկայիր, մեծարի՛ր քո հօրը եւ մօրը»:

Պատուիրանները գիտես. մի՛ շնանար, մի՛ սպանիր, մի՛ գողանար, սուտ մի՛ վկայիրպատուի՛ր քո հօրն ու մօրը»:

but i say unto you, that whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.
Իսկ ես ձեզ ասում եմ. ամէն մարդ, որ իր կնոջն արձակում է առանց պոռնկութեան պատճառի, նա՛ է, որ նրան շնութեան է մղում. եւ ով որ արձակուածին է առնում, շնանում է:

and i say unto you, whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery.
Սակայն ասում եմ ձեզ, թէ ով իր կնոջն արձակում է, եւ դա պոռնկութեան պատճառով չէ, եւ ուրիշին է առնում, շնանում է. շնանում է եւ նա, ով արձակուածին է առնում»:

for from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,
որովհետեւ ներսից, մարդկանց սրտից են ելնում չար խորհուրդները՝ շնութիւն, պոռնկութիւն,
