麥地那人和他們四周的游牧的阿拉伯人，不該逗留在後方，而不隨使者出征；不該只顧自己的安逸，而不與使者共患難。因為凡他們為真主而遭遇的饑渴和勞頓，他們觸怒不信道者的每一步伐，或每次對敵人有所獲，每有一件就必為他們記一功，真主一定不使行善者徒勞無酬。
