the invention relates to a medical implantable lead of the kind being adapted to be implanted into a human or animal body for monitoring and/or controlling of an organ inside the body by means of an electric monitoring and/or controlling device. the lead comprises a connector including a rotatable control member in a proximal end of the lead, a rotatable and extendable helix (4) which is arranged in a tubular header (3) in a distal end of the lead and which functions both as a fixating member, for fixation of the distal end of the lead to the organ inside the body by being screwed into and embedded in tissue, and as an electrode for receiving and/or transmitting electrical signals from and to the tissue, respectively, and at least one conductor coil (8) including at least one electrically conducting wire, which is rotatably arranged within the lead and connected to the rotatable control member in the proximal end as well as to the helix in the distal end and which electrically connects the helix to the connector. the lead also comprises a torque transferring member (15), which is rotatably arranged within the lead and jointly together with the conductor coil (8) connected to the rotatable control member and the helix (4) such that the torque transferring member and the conductor coil will rotate simultaneously together when rotating the helix by means of the rotatable control member. l'invention concerne un conduit médical implantable du type conçu pour être implanté dans le corps d'un être humain ou d'un animal pour suivre et/ou contrôler un organe situé à l'intérieur du corps au moyen d'un dispositif électrique de surveillance et/ou de contrôle. le conduit comprend un connecteur qui présente un élément rotatif de contrôle à l'extrémité proximale du conduit, une hélice rotative et extensible (4) agencée dans un support tubulaire (3) situé à l'extrémité distale du conduit et qui joue à la fois le rôle d'un élément de fixation qui fixe l'extrémité distale du conduit sur l'organe à l'intérieur du corps en étant vissé et incorporé dans le tissu et celui d'une électrode qui reçoit et/ou émet des signaux électriques respectivement depuis et vers le tissu, et au moins une spirale conductrice (8) qui présente au moins un fil électriquement conducteur et agencée à rotation dans le conduit et étant reliée à l'élément rotatif de contrôle à l'extrémité proximale ainsi qu'à l'hélice à l'extrémité distale et reliant électriquement l'hélice au connecteur. le conduit comprend également un élément (15) de transfert de couple agencé à rotation dans le conduit et raccordé conjointement avec la spirale conductrice (8) à l'élément rotatif de contrôle et à l'hélice (4) de telle sorte que l'élément de transfert de couple et que la spirale conductrice tournent simultanément et ensemble lorsque l'hélice est tournée au moyen de l'élément rotatif de contrôle.
