והעברת כל פטר רחם ליהוה וכל פטר שגר בהמה אשר יהיה לך הזכרים ליהוה׃

and every firstling of an ass thou shalt redeem with a lamb; and if thou wilt not redeem it, then thou shalt break his neck: and all the firstborn of man among thy children shalt thou redeem.
וכל פטר חמר תפדה בשה ואם לא תפדה וערפתו וכל בכור אדם בבניך תפדה׃

but the firstling of an ass thou shalt redeem with a lamb: and if thou redeem him not, then shalt thou break his neck. all the firstborn of thy sons thou shalt redeem. and none shall appear before me empty.
ופטר חמור תפדה בשה ואם לא תפדה וערפתו כל בכור בניך תפדה ולא יראו פני ריקם׃

also the firstborn of our sons, and of our cattle, as it is written in the law, and the firstlings of our herds and of our flocks, to bring to the house of our god, unto the priests that minister in the house of our god:
ואת בכרות בנינו ובהמתינו ככתוב בתורה ואת בכורי בקרינו וצאנינו להביא לבית אלהינו לכהנים המשרתים בבית אלהינו׃
