वे आते तो किसी नई चीज की तलाश में हैं , मगर जब वापस जाते हैं तो मूलतः वैसे ही इंसान होते हैं जैसे कि वे तब थे जब आए थे ।

as soon as they leave you , they quickly commit evil in the land , destroying the farms and people . god does not love evil .
और जहाँ तुम्हारी मोहब्बत से मुँह फेरा तो इधर उधर दौड़ धूप करने लगा ताकि मुल्क में फ़साद फैलाए और ज़राअत और मवेशी का सत्यानास करे और ख़ुदा फसाद को अच्छा नहीं समझता

and when they see merchandise or sport they break up for it , and leave you standing . say : what is with allah is better than sport and than merchandise , and allah is the best of sustainers .
और जब ये लोग सौदा बिकता या तमाशा होता देखें तो उसकी तरफ टूट पड़े और तुमको खड़ा हुआ छोड़ दें तुम कह दो कि जो चीज़ ख़ुदा के यहाँ है वह तमाशे और सौदे से कहीं बेहतर है और ख़ुदा सबसे बेहतर रिज्क़ देने वाला है

when they see some merchandise or some sport , they rush towards it and leave you alone standing . say , " are better than merriment or merchandise ; god is the best sustainer " .
किन्तु जब वे व्यवहार और खेल - तमाशा देखते है तो उसकी ओर टूट पड़ते है और तुम्हें खड़ा छोड़ देते है । कह दो , " जो कुछ अल्लाह के पास है वह तमाशे और व्यापार से कहीं अच्छा है । और अल्लाह सबसे अच्छा आजीविका प्रदान करनेवाला है । "

they profess obedience , but when they leave your presence , some of them conspire something contrary to what you said . but god writes down what they conspire . so avoid them , and put your trust in god . god is guardian enough .
तो कह देते हैं कि हम फ़रमाबरदार हैं लेकिन जब तुम्हारे पास से बाहर निकले तो उनमें से कुछ लोग जो कुछ तुमसे कह चुके थे उसके ख़िलाफ़ रातों को मशवरा करते हैं हालॉकि ये लोग रातों को जो कुछ भी मशवरा करते हैं उसे ख़ुदा लिखता जाता है पास तुम उन लोगों की कुछ परवाह न करो और ख़ुदा पर भरोसा रखो और ख़ुदा कारसाज़ी के लिए काफ़ी है

and when they see some merchandise or some amusement they disperse headlong to it , and leave you standing . say " that which allah has is better than any amusement or merchandise ! and allah is the best of providers . "
किन्तु जब वे व्यवहार और खेल - तमाशा देखते है तो उसकी ओर टूट पड़ते है और तुम्हें खड़ा छोड़ देते है । कह दो , " जो कुछ अल्लाह के पास है वह तमाशे और व्यापार से कहीं अच्छा है । और अल्लाह सबसे अच्छा आजीविका प्रदान करनेवाला है । "

, some of them listen to you , but when they leave you they ask those who have received knowledge , " what did he say a few moments ago ? " god has sealed the hearts of such people who have followed their worldly desires .
और उनमें कुछ लोग ऐसे है जो तुम्हारी ओर कान लगाते है , यहाँ तक कि जब वे तुम्हारे पास से निकलते है तो उन लोगों से , जिन्हें ज्ञान प्रदान हुआ है कहते है , " उन्होंने अभी - अभी क्या कहा ? " वही वे लोग है जिनके दिलों पर अल्लाह ने ठप्पा लगा दिया है और वे अपनी इच्छाओं के पीछे चले है

but when they see merchandise or diversion they scatter off to it , and they leave thee standing . say : ' what is with god is better than diversion and merchandise . god is the best of providers . '
और जब ये लोग सौदा बिकता या तमाशा होता देखें तो उसकी तरफ टूट पड़े और तुमको खड़ा हुआ छोड़ दें तुम कह दो कि जो चीज़ ख़ुदा के यहाँ है वह तमाशे और सौदे से कहीं बेहतर है और ख़ुदा सबसे बेहतर रिज्क़ देने वाला है

those who come to you , , asking to be taken to the battle , but you cannot find the necessary means for them , are exempt from the duty of fighting for the cause of god , even though they leave you with their eyes flooded with tears because of not being able to help the cause of god .
और न उन लोगों पर आक्षेप करने की कोई गुंजाइश है जिनका हाल यह है कि जब वे तुम्हारे पास आते है , कि तुम उनके लिए सवारी का प्रबन्ध कर दो , तुम कहते हो , " मुझे ऐसा कुछ प्राप्त नहीं जिसपर तुम्हें सवार करूँ । " वे इस दशा में लौटते है कि इस ग़म में उनकी आँखे आँसू बहा रही होती है कि वे अपने पास ख़र्च करने को कुछ नहीं पाते

and when they see some trade or sport , they move towards it and leave you standing delivering the sermon ; proclaim , “ that which is with allah , is better than sport and trade ; and the sustenance of allah is the best . ”
और जब ये लोग सौदा बिकता या तमाशा होता देखें तो उसकी तरफ टूट पड़े और तुमको खड़ा हुआ छोड़ दें तुम कह दो कि जो चीज़ ख़ुदा के यहाँ है वह तमाशे और सौदे से कहीं बेहतर है और ख़ुदा सबसे बेहतर रिज्क़ देने वाला है

and they say , " obedience . " but when they leave you , a group of them spend the night determining to do other than what you say . but allah records what they plan by night . so leave them alone and rely upon allah . and sufficient is allah as disposer of affairs .
और वे दावा तो आज्ञापालन का करते है , परन्तु जब तुम्हारे पास से हटते है तो उनमें एक गिरोह अपने कथन के विपरीत रात में षड्यंत्र करता है । जो कुछ वे षड्यंत्र करते है , अल्लाह उसे लिख रहा है । तो तुम उनसे रुख़ फेर लो और अल्लाह पर भरोसा रखो , और अल्लाह का कार्यसाधक होना काफ़ी है !

among them are those who listen to you , but when they leave your presence , they say to those given knowledge , “ what did he say just now ? ” those are they whose hearts god has sealed , and they follow their own desires .
और उनमें से बाज़ ऐसे भी हैं जो तुम्हारी तरफ कान लगाए रहते हैं यहाँ तक कि सब सुना कर जब तुम्हारे पास से निकलते हैं तो जिन लोगों को इल्म दिया गया है उनसे कहते हैं अभी उस शख़्श ने क्या कहा था ये वही लोग हैं जिनके दिलों पर ख़ुदा ने अलामत मुक़र्रर कर दी है और ये अपनी नफसियानी ख्वाहिशों पर चल रहे हैं

they say (in your presence): 'we obey', but when they leave your presence a party of them meets by night to plan against what you have said. allah takes note of all their plots. so, let them alone, and put your trust in allah. allah is sufficient as a guardian.
(ये लोग तुम्हारे सामने) तो कह देते हैं कि हम (आपके) फ़रमाबरदार हैं लेकिन जब तुम्हारे पास से बाहर निकले तो उनमें से कुछ लोग जो कुछ तुमसे कह चुके थे उसके ख़िलाफ़ रातों को मशवरा करते हैं हालॉकि (ये नहीं समझते) ये लोग रातों को जो कुछ भी मशवरा करते हैं उसे ख़ुदा लिखता जाता है पास तुम उन लोगों की कुछ परवाह न करो और ख़ुदा पर भरोसा रखो और ख़ुदा कारसाज़ी के लिए काफ़ी है
