What is stigma? Three out of four people with a mental illness report that they have experienced stigma. Stigma is a mark of disgrace that sets a person apart. When a person is labelled by their illness they are seen as part of a stereotyped group. Negative attitudes create prejudice which leads to negative actions and discrimination. Stigma brings experiences and feelings of: shame blame hopelessness distress misrepresentation in the media reluctance to seek and/or accept necessary help Families are also affected by stigma, leading to a lack of support. For mental health professionals, stigma means that they themselves are seen as abnormal, corrupt or evil, and psychiatric treatments are often viewed with suspicion and horror. A 2006 Australian study found that nearly 1 in 4 of people felt depression was a sign of personal weakness and would not employ a person with depression around a third would not vote for a politician with depression 42% thought people with depression were unpredictable one in 5 said that if they had depression they would not tell anyone nearly 2 in 3 people surveyed thought people with schizophrenia were unpredictable and a quarter felt that they were dangerous Some groups are subjected to multiple types of stigma and discrimination at the same time, such as people with an intellectual disability or those from a cultural or ethnic minority. How can we challenge stigma? We all have a role in creating a mentally healthy community that supports recovery and social inclusion and reduces discrimination. Simple ways to help include: learn and share the facts about mental health and illness get to know people with personal experiences of mental illness speak up in protest when friends, family, colleagues or the media display false beliefs and negative stereotypes offer the same support to people when they are physically or mentally unwell don't label or judge people with a mental illness, treat them with respect and dignity as you would anyone else don’t discriminate when it comes to participation, housing and employment talk openly of your own experience of mental illness. The more hidden mental illness remains, the more people continue to believe that it is shameful and needs to be concealed.

Several generations of LED (light-emitting diode) light-curing units have been introduced over the last few years. The 1st-generation LED lights generally were low in intensity and did not cure materials completely. The diodes were designed to activate CQ (camphorquinone) initiator around 460 nm. However, alternative photo-initiators used in bleach shades and incisal (translucent) shades of composites and in sealants and bonding agents are not activated by these “blue-light” units. The 2nd-generation LED light-curing units (bluephase, Elipar Freelight 2, L.E. Demetron 1, radii, Allegro, SmartLite iQ, the CURE) have a single, high-powered diode with multiple emission areas. These units have a large surface area of emission and high-energy output. The 3rd-generation LED light-curing units (UltraLume 5) have two or more diode frequencies and emit light in different ranges to activate CQ and alternative photo-initiators. While most dentists are still using quartz-tungsten-halogen (QTH) light-curing units, the convenience of the LED units is making them increasingly popular.

Evaluate conditional expression. Exits with a status of 0 (true) or 1 (false) depending on the evaluation of EXPR. Expressions may be unary or binary. Unary expressions are often used to examine the status of a file. There are string operators and numeric comparison operators as well. The behavior of test depends on the number of arguments. Read the bash manual page for the complete specification. File operators: -a FILE True if file exists. -b FILE True if file is block special. -c FILE True if file is character special. -d FILE True if file is a directory. -e FILE True if file exists. -f FILE True if file exists and is a regular file. -g FILE True if file is set-group-id. -h FILE True if file is a symbolic link. -L FILE True if file is a symbolic link. -k FILE True if file has its `sticky' bit set. -p FILE True if file is a named pipe. -r FILE True if file is readable by you. -s FILE True if file exists and is not empty. -S FILE True if file is a socket. -t FD True if FD is opened on a terminal. -u FILE True if the file is set-user-id. -w FILE True if the file is writable by you. -x FILE True if the file is executable by you. -O FILE True if the file is effectively owned by you. -G FILE True if the file is effectively owned by your group. -N FILE True if the file has been modified since it was last read. FILE1 -nt FILE2 True if file1 is newer than file2 (according to modification date). FILE1 -ot FILE2 True if file1 is older than file2. FILE1 -ef FILE2 True if file1 is a hard link to file2. String operators: -z STRING True if string is empty. -n STRING STRING True if string is not empty. STRING1 = STRING2 True if the strings are equal. STRING1 != STRING2 True if the strings are not equal. STRING1 STRING2 True if STRING1 sorts after STRING2 lexicographically. Other operators: -o OPTION True if the shell option OPTION is enabled. -v VAR\t True if the shell variable VAR is set ! EXPR True if expr is false. EXPR1 -a EXPR2 True if both expr1 AND expr2 are true. EXPR1 -o EXPR2 True if either expr1 OR expr2 is true. arg1 OP arg2 Arithmetic tests. OP is one of -eq, -ne, -lt, -le, -gt, or -ge. Arithmetic binary operators return true if ARG1 is equal, not-equal, less-than, less-than-or-equal, greater-than, or greater-than-or-equal than ARG2. Exit Status: Returns success if EXPR evaluates to true; fails if EXPR evaluates to false or an invalid argument is given.

Nilaikan ungkapan bersyarat. Kendalian fail: -a FILE Benar jika faik wujud. -b FILE Benar jika fail ialah blok khas. -c FILE Benar jika fail ialah aksara khas. -d FILE Benar jika fail ialah direktori. -e FILE Benar jika fail wujud. Kendalian lain: -o OPTION Benar jika pilihan shell OPTION dibenarkan. -v VAR\t Benar jika pembolehubah shell VAR ditetapkan ! EXPR Benar jila expr adalah palsu. EXPR1 -a EXPR2 Benar jika kedua-dua expr1 AND expr2 adalah benar.

Cookies Cookies contain information that Konqueror (or any other KDE application using the HTTP protocol) stores on your computer from a remote Internet server. This means that a web server can store information about you and your browsing activities on your machine for later use. You might consider this an invasion of privacy. However, cookies are useful in certain situations. For example, they are often used by Internet shops, so you can'put things into a shopping basket '. Some sites require you have a browser that supports cookies. Because most people want a compromise between privacy and the benefits cookies offer, KDE offers you the ability to customize the way it handles cookies. You might, for example want to set KDE's default policy to ask you whenever a server wants to set a cookie or simply reject or accept everything. For example, you might choose to accept all cookies from your favorite shopping web site. For this all you have to do is either browse to that particular site and when you are presented with the cookie dialog box, click on This domain under the'apply to' tab and choose accept or simply specify the name of the site in the Domain Specific Policy tab and set it to accept. This enables you to receive cookies from trusted web sites without being asked every time KDE receives a cookie.
