40- وأعربت لجنة حقوق الطفل عن قلقها إزاء استمرار التمييز في الدولة الطرف ضد بعض الأطفال أو أهلهم أو أوصيائهم الشرعيين، ولا سيما فيما يتعلق بالولادات خارج نطاق الزوجية.

4 - يقوم الطرفان فوراً بتفعيل اللجنة المخصصة لتلقي الشكاوى والادعاءات التي يقدمها أيٌ من الطرفين ضد الطرف الآخر والتحقيق فيها وفقا لاختصاصات اللجنة المخصصة المتفق عليها في 23 حزيران/يونيه 2012.
4. the parties shall immediately activate the ad-hoc committee to receive and investigate complaints and allegations made by one party against the other, in accordance with the terms of reference agreed on 23 june 2012.

12- تشعر اللجنة بالقلق لاستمرار التمييز في الدولة الطرف ضد المهاجرين وضد أفراد الأقليات، مثل الناطقين باللغة الروسية والروما والصوماليين، وبالأخص في مجالات العمل والتعليم والرعاية الصحية والسكن.

(ي) أن تُعلِم اللجنة بما إذا كانت شكاوى قد رُفعت في الدولة الطرف ضد استخدام "التطمينات الدبلوماسية" كطريقة للتحايل على الحظر المطلق المفروض على الإعادة القسرية على النحو المقرر في المادة 3 من الاتفاقية؛
(j) inform the committee whether there have been complaints in the state party against the use of “diplomatic assurances” as a way to circumvent the absolute prohibition of non-refoulement established in article 3 of the convention;
