አንተም በርሷ ውስጥ አትጠማም ፤ ፀሐይም አትተኮስም ፡ ፡

do not listen to the unbelievers and the hypocrites . ignore what they do to hurt you , and put your trust in god .
ከሓዲዎችንና መናፍቃንንም አትታዘዛቸው ፡ ፡ ማሰቃየታቸውንም ( ለአላህ ) ተው ፡ ፡ በአላህም ላይ ተጠጋ ፡ ፡ መጠጊያም በአላህ በቃ ፡ ፡

say : “ surely neither it is in my power to hurt you nor to bring you to the right way . ”
« እኔ ለእናንተ ጉዳትንም ቀጥታንም አልችልም » በላቸው ፡ ፡

he who strays cannot hurt you if you are guided . to allah will be the return of you all , whereat he will inform you concerning what you used to do .
እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ ! ነፍሶቻችሁን ( ከእሳት ) ያዙ ፤ ( ጠብቁ ) ፡ ፡ በተመራችሁ ጊዜ የተሳሳተ ሰው አይጎዳችሁም ፡ ፡ የሁላችሁም መመለሻ ወደ አላህ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ ትሠሩትም የነበራችሁትን ሁሉ ይነግራችኋል ፡ ፡

abraham said : " do you , then , worship beside allah a thing that can neither benefit you nor hurt you ?
« ታዲያ ለእናንተ ምንም የማይጠቅማችሁንና የማይጎዳችሁን ነገር ከአላህ ሌላ ትገዛላችሁን » አላቸው ፡ ፡

do not call upon any apart from allah on those who have no power to benefit or hurt you . for if you call upon others than allah you will be reckoned among the wrong-doers .
« ከአላህም በቀር የማይጠቅምንና የማይጎዳን አትገዛ ፡ ፡ ብትሠራም አንተ ያንጊዜ ከበደለኞቹ ትሆናለህ » ( ተብያለሁ በላቸው ) ፡ ፡

" and invoke not besides allah , any that will neither profit you , nor hurt you , but if ( in case ) you did so , you shall certainly be one of the zalimun ( polytheists and wrong-doers ) . "
« ከአላህም በቀር የማይጠቅምንና የማይጎዳን አትገዛ ፡ ፡ ብትሠራም አንተ ያንጊዜ ከበደለኞቹ ትሆናለህ » ( ተብያለሁ በላቸው ) ፡ ፡
