वह दिन बरहक़ है तो जो शख़्श चाहे अपने परवरदिगार की बारगाह में ठिकाना बनाए

o people who believe ! the witnesses between you when death approaches any one of you , at the time of making a will , should be two reliable men from among you , or two from another tribe in case you are travelling in the land and the event of death approaches you ; engage them after the prayers , and if you doubt , they must swear by allah that , “ we shall not exchange our oaths for any price even if he is a near relative , nor will we hide the testimony of allah – if we do , then surely we are of the sinners . ”
ऐ ईमान वालों जब तुममें से किसी पर मौत खड़ी हो तो वसीयत के वक्त तुम में से दो आदिलों की गवाही होनी ज़रुरी है और जब तुम इत्तेफाक़न कहीं का सफर करो और तुमको मौत की मुसीबत का सामना हो तो दो गवाह ग़ैर सही अगर तुम्हें शक़ हो तो उन दोनों को नमाज़ के बाद रोक लो फिर वह दोनों ख़ुदा की क़सम खाएँ कि हम इस के हो और हम खुदा लगती गवाही न छुपाएँगे अगर ऐसा करें तो हम बेशक गुनाहगार हैं
