(இதைப் பார்த்த அவர்) "இவ்வூர் (இவ்வாறு அழிந்து) மரித்தபின் இதனை அல்லாஹ் எப்படி உயிர்ப்பிப்பான்?" என்று (வியந்து) கூறினார்;. ஆகவே, அல்லாஹ் அவரை நூறாண்டுகள் வரை இறந்து போகும்படிச் செய்தான்; பின்னர் அவரை உயிர்பெற்றெழுப்படிச் செய்து, "எவ்வளவு காலம் (இந்நிலையில்) இருந்தீர்?" என்று அவரைக் கேட்டான்; அதற்கவர், "ஒரு நாள் அல்லது ஒரு நாளின் சிறு பகுதியில் (இவ்வாறு) இருந்தேன்" என்று கூறினார்; "இல்லை நீர் (இந்நிலையில்) நூறாண்டுகள் இருந்தீர்! இதோ பாரும் உம்முடைய உணவையும், உம்முடைய பானத்தையும்; (கெட்டுப் போகாமையினால்) அவை எந்த விதத்திலும் மாறுதலடையவில்லை, ஆனால் உம்முடைய கழுதையைப் பாரும்; உம்மை மனிதர்களுக்கு ஓர் அத்தாட்சியாக்குவதற்காக (இவ்வாறு மரிக்கச் செய்து உயிர் பெறச் செய்கிறோம்) இன்னும் (அக்கழுதையின்) எலும்புகளைப் பாரும்; அவற்றை நாம் எப்படிச் சேர்க்கிறோம்; பின்னர் அவற்றின்மேல் சதையைப் போர்த்துகிறோம்" எனக்கூறி (அதனை உயிர் பெறச் செய்தான்- இதுவெல்லாம்) அவருக்குத் தெளிவான போது, அவர், "நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் எல்லாப் பொருள்களின் மீதும் வல்லமையுடையவன் என்பதை நான் அறிந்து கொண்டேன்" என்று கூறினார்.
