Κατά παρέκκλιση από το άρθρο 12 του κανονισμού (ΕΟΚ) αριθ. 3002/92, τα έγγραφα που αφορούν την πώληση μαλακού σίτου σύμφωνα με τον παρόντα κανονισμό, και κυρίως το πιστοποιητικό εξαγωγής, η διατακτική απόσυρσης που αναφέρεται στο άρθρο 3 παράγραφος 1 στοιχείο β) του κανονισμού (ΕΟΚ) αριθ. 3002/92, η διασάφηση εξαγωγής και, ενδεχομένως, το έντυπο t5, πρέπει να περιλαμβάνουν μία από τις ενδείξεις που παρατίθενται στο παράρτημα ii.
notwithstanding article 12 of commission regulation (eec) no 3002/92, the documents relating to the sale of common wheat under this regulation, and in particular the export licence, the removal order referred to in article 3(1)(b) of regulation (eec) no 3002/92, the export declaration and, where applicable, the t5 copy shall carry one of the entries set out in annex ii.
