7. verfahren gemäß anspruch 1, worin in schritt (a) das gemisch im wesentlichen aus etwa 11 % eines 40:60-stärkegemisches der unmodifizierten, sprühgetrockneten, vorgelatinierten stärke hohen amylosegehaltes mit einem amylosegehalt von etwa 50 bis 70 % und einer säurekonvertierten, vernetzten tapiokastärke, etwa 30 % maissirup hohen fructosegehaltes mit einer fructosekonzentration von 42 %, etwa 20 % granularer saccharose, etwa 11 % kristalliner fructose, etwa 16,8 % groben maissirupfeststoffen mit einem dextroseäquivalent von 42 besteht, wobei der rest wasser ist.
