ug karon, oh dios namo, unsay among ikasulti tapus niini? kay kami mingbiya sa imong mga sugo,
and now, o our god, what shall we say after this? for we have forsaken thy commandments,

bisan pa niini, kamo mingbiya kanako, ug nag-alagad sa laing dios: sa ingon niini dili na ako magaluwas kaninyo.
yet ye have forsaken me, and served other gods: wherefore i will deliver you no more.

ug si jehova miingon: tungod kay sila mingbiya sa akong kasugoan nga gibutang ko sa ilang atubangan, ug wala managtuman sa akong tingog, ni managlakaw niini,
and the lord saith, because they have forsaken my law which i set before them, and have not obeyed my voice, neither walked therein;

unya sila motubag: tungod kay sila mingbiya sa tugon ni jehova nga ilang dios, ug nanagsimba sa laing mga dios, ug nanag-alagad kanila.
then they shall answer, because they have forsaken the covenant of the lord their god, and worshipped other gods, and served them.

oh jehova, ang kalauman sa israel, ang tanan nga mingbiya kanimo pagapakaulawan sila. kadtong mingbiya kanako igasulat diha sa yuta, tungod kay sila mingtalikod kang jehova, ang tuburan sa buhi nga katubigan.
o lord, the hope of israel, all that forsake thee shall be ashamed, and they that depart from me shall be written in the earth, because they have forsaken the lord, the fountain of living waters.

apan kamo nga mingbiya kang jehova, nga nangalimot sa akong balaang bukid, nga nanag-andam ug usa ka lamesa alang sa palad, ug nga nanagpaawas sa vino nga sinimbogan hangtud sa sangputanan;
but ye are they that forsake the lord, that forget my holy mountain, that prepare a table for that troop, and that furnish the drink offering unto that number.

ah, makasasala nga nasud, usa ka katawohan nga natugob sa kasal-anan, usa ka kaliwat sa mga mamumuhat sa dautan, mga anak nga nagapatigayon sa kangil-ad! sila mingbiya kang jehova, gitamay nila ang balaan sa israel, sila nanagpahalayo ug nanagpanibug.
ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the lord, they have provoked the holy one of israel unto anger, they are gone away backward.
