from the date of entry into force of the agreement, albania will grant to community companies and nationals, in respect of the recognition and protection of intellectual, industrial and commercial property, treatment no less favourable than that granted by it to any third country under bilateral agreements.

pogodbenica z začetkom veljavnosti tega sporazuma ne obravnava družb in državljanov druge pogodbenice na področju priznavanja in varstva intelektualne, industrijske in poslovne lastnine manj ugodno kot družbe ali državljane katere koli tretje države v okviru dvostranskih sporazumov.
from the entry into force of this agreement, the parties shall grant to each others companies and nationals, in respect of the recognition and protection of intellectual, industrial and commercial property, treatment no less favourable than that granted by them to any third country under bilateral agreements.

ne glede na določbe iz odstavka 1 imajo določbe tega protokola prednost pred določbami dvostranskih sporazumov o medsebojni pomoči, ki so bili ali bi lahko bili sklenjeni med posameznimi državami članicami in srbijo, če določbe slednjega niso v skladu z določbami tega protokola.

noting that it is not a purpose of this agreement to increase the total volume of air traffic between the european community and the republic of armenia, to affect the balance between community air carriers and air carriers of the republic of armenia, or to make amendments to the provisions of existing bilateral air service agreements concerning traffic rights,

(2) komisija je v imenu skupnosti v pogajanjih dosegla sporazum z republiko armenijo o nekaterih vidikih zračnega prevoza v skladu z mehanizmi in smernicami iz priloge k sklepu sveta, ki pooblašča komisijo, da začne pogajanja s tretjimi državami o zamenjavi nekaterih določb v obstoječih dvostranskih sporazumih s sporazumom skupnosti.
(2) the commission has negotiated on behalf of the community an agreement with the republic of armenia on certain aspects of air services in accordance with the mechanisms and directives in the annex to the council decision authorising the commission to open negotiations with third countries on the replacement of certain provisions in existing bilateral agreements with a community agreement.
