artiklarna 6 och 7 ska tillämpas på motsvarande sätt om ett beslut har fattats att förhandlingar ska äga rum om ett avtal enligt artikel 6, varvid uttrycket "särskilt förhandlingsorgan" ska ersättas med "europeiskt företagsråd".
articles 6 and 7 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, if a decision has been taken to negotiate an agreement according to article 6, in which case "special negotiating body" shall be replaced by "european works council".
