dispositif semi-automatique de serrage (10) servant à fixer un élément de fixation (11) d'un réservoir à un point d'ancrage auquel est monté ledit dispositif (10), ledit élément de fixation (11) possédant un intérieur creux (12) et une ouverture d'entrée (14) conduisant audit intérieur creux et ledit dispositif de serrage (1) comprenant: un corps de montage (15) pouvant se fixer audit point d'ancrage et possédant une surface de support (16) sur laquelle peut s'appuyer ledit élément de fixation (11), quand ledit élément et ledit dispositif sont serrés réciproquement; un bloc de cisaillement (17) formant une saillie depuis ladite surface de support (16), de manière à loger dans l'ouverture d'entrée (14) et à être entouré par ladite ouverture quand le dispositif de serrage et l'élément de fixation sont serrés réciproquement; un ensemble composé d'un axe rotatif (18) s'étendant à travers ledit bloc de cisaillement (17) et d'une tête de serrage (13) fixé rigidement à une extrémité dudit axe formant une saillie depuis ledit bloc de cisaillement, ledit axe et ladite tête de serrage étant montés rotatifs, de façon à pouvoir régler la tête de serrage entre des positions serrée et relâchée par rapport audit élément de fixation; des moyens (19) sollicitant la tête de serrage (13) vers la position de serrage, ladite tête de serrage étant conçue de telle manière que, quand elle est en position de serrage et quand l'élément de fixation (11) et le dispositif de serrage (10) sont accouplés pendant le chargement et le serrage d'un réservoir, ladite tête (13) peut tourner sous l'effet de l'élément de fixation (11) et contre sa sollicitaion (19), vers la position desserrée, de façon à permettre à l'élément de se déplacer pour venir en contact avec ledit siège et, ensuite, la tête étant désaccouplée et se déplaçant sous sa propre sollicitation vers la position de serrage; un organe de commande (21) accouplé directement ou indirectement audit ensemble (18, 13) et mobile depuis une position de repos vers une position de fonctionnement dans laquelle il est retenu et afin d'ajuster la tête de serrage (13) depuis sa position de serrage et vers une position différente située au niveau ou à proximité de ladite position desserrée; un guide (25) décalé par rapport à l'axe (18) et pouvant s'accoupler avec l'élément de fixation respectif (11) quand la tête de serrage (13) a été ajustée vers ladite position différente et quand l'élément de fixation est éloigné du dispositif de serrage pendant le desserrage et le déchargement d'un réservoir, afin de libérer l'organe de commande (21) de sa position de retenue, ce qui permet à la tête de serrage (13) de revenir sous l'effet de sa sollicitation vers la position de serrage quand l'élément de fixation est séparé du dispositif de serrage.
a semi-automatic clamping device (10) for clamping a securing fitting (11) of a container to an anchor point at which the device (10) is mounted, said fitting (11) having a hollow interior (12), and an entrance aperture (14) leading to said hollow interior, and said clamping device (10) comprising: a mounting body (15) securable to said anchor point, and having a support surface (16) on which said securing fitting (11) can be seated, when the fitting and the clamping device are clamped together; a shear block (17) projecting from said support surface (16) so as to be received and to be surrounded by said entrance aperture (14) when the clamping device and the fitting are clamped together; an assembly of a rotatable spindle (18) extending through said shear block (17) and a clamping head (13) rigidly secured to an end of the spindle projecting from said shear block, said spindle and clamping head being rotatably mounted so that the clamping head can be adjusted between release and clamping positions with respect to said securing fitting; means (19) biasing the clamping head (13) to the clamping position, said clamping head being shaped so that when it is in the clamping position and the securing fitting (11) and the clamping device (10) come into engagement during loading and clamping of a container, the head (13) is rotatable by the securing fitting (11), and against its biasing (19), to the release position so as to allow the fitting to move into engagement with said seating, and thereafter the head being disengaged and moving under its own biasing to the clamping position; an actuator (21) coupled directly or indirectly with said assembly (18, 13) and moveable from an inoperative position to an operative position in which it is retained and in order to adjust the clamping head (13) from its clamping position and to a further position which is at or near to said release position; and a guide (25) off-set from the axis of the spindle (18) and engageable by the respective securing fitting (11), when the clamping head (13) has been adjusted to said further position and the securing fitting is moved away from the clamping device during unclamping and unloading of a container, in order to release the actuator (21) from its retained position and thereby allow the clamping head (13) to return under its biasing to the clamping position when the securing fitting becomes separated from the clamping device.
