זמרו ליהוה חסידיו והודו לזכר קדשו׃
sing unto the lord, o ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.

לעשות בהם משפט כתוב הדר הוא לכל חסידיו הללו יה׃
to execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. praise ye the lord.

for the lord loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.

אשמעה מה ידבר האל יהוה כי ידבר שלום אל עמו ואל חסידיו ואל ישובו לכסלה׃
i will hear what god the lord will speak: for he will speak peace unto his people, and to his saints: but let them not turn again to folly.

לא פעם הביע את צערו על כך שאינו יכול להתיישב בארץ כי חסידיו אינם נותנים לו לעזוב.
