so we sent upon them the flood and locusts and lice and frogs and blood as distinct signs , but they were arrogant and were a criminal people .
ወዲያም የወሃን ማጥለቅለቅ አንበጣንም ነቀዝንም እንቁራሪቶችንም ደምንም የተለያዩ ተዓምራት ሲኾኑ በነሱ ላይ ላክን ኮሩም ተንኮለኞችም ሕዝቦች ነበሩ ፡ ፡

now this i say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of god; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
ነገር ግን፥ ወንድሞች ሆይ፥ ይህን እላለሁ። ሥጋና ደም የእግዚአብሔርን መንግሥት ሊወርሱ አይችሉም፥ የሚበሰብሰውም የማይበሰብሰውን አይወርስም።

their flesh and blood does not reach allah rather it is piety from you that reaches him . as such he has subjected them to you , in order that you exalt allahfor guiding you .
አላህን ሥጋዎቿም ደሞቿም ፈጽሞ አይደርሰውም ፡ ፡ ግን ከእናንተ የሆነው ፍራቻ ይደርሰዋል ፡ ፡ እንደዚሁ አላህን በመራችሁ ላይ ልታከብሩት ለእናንተ ገራት ፡ ፡ በጎ ሠሪዎችንም አብስር ፡ ፡

and there is a lesson for you in cattle : we give you a drink from their bellies , from between waste and blood , pure milk , refreshing to the drinkers .
ለናንተም በግመል ፣ በከብት ፣ በፍየል በእርግጥ መገምገሚያ አልላችሁ ፡ ፡ በሆዶቹ ውስጥ ካለው ከፈረስና ከደም መካከል ጥሩ ወተትን ለጠጪዎች ተዋጭ ሲሆን እናጠጣችኋለን ፡ ፡

and surely in cattle there is a lesson for you : we give you a drink from the extract of food in their bellies and blood-purest milk so delicious to drink ;
ለናንተም በግመል ፣ በከብት ፣ በፍየል በእርግጥ መገምገሚያ አልላችሁ ፡ ፡ በሆዶቹ ውስጥ ካለው ከፈረስና ከደም መካከል ጥሩ ወተትን ለጠጪዎች ተዋጭ ሲሆን እናጠጣችኋለን ፡ ፡

so we let loose on them floods and locusts , and vermin , frogs and blood -- how many different signs . but they still remained arrogant , for they were a people full of sin .
ወዲያም የወሃን ማጥለቅለቅ አንበጣንም ነቀዝንም እንቁራሪቶችንም ደምንም የተለያዩ ተዓምራት ሲኾኑ በነሱ ላይ ላክን ኮሩም ተንኮለኞችም ሕዝቦች ነበሩ ፡ ፡

allah has forbidden you only carrion , and blood , and the flesh of swine ; also any animal over which the name of any other than allah has been pronounced . but whoever eats of them under compelling necessity - neither desiring it nor exceeding the limit of absolute necessity - surely for such action allah is much forgiving , most merciful .
በእናንተ ላይ እርም ያደረገው በክትንና ደምን ፣ የአሳማንም ስጋ ፣ ያንንም ( በመታረድ ጊዜ ) በእርሱ ከአላህ ስም ሌላ የተነሳበትን ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ አመጸኛም ወሰን አላፊም ሳይኾን ( ለመብላት ) የተገደደ ሰው ( ይፈቀድለታል ) ፡ ፡ አላህ መሓሪ አዛኝ ነውና ፡ ፡
