የፍትህ ሂደት

the implementation of international commitments seems to rest primarily upon a negotiated process of politics, not a functioning and enforceable system of law.
እንግዲህ በአለምአቀፍ ደረጃ ቃል የተገባባቸውን ነገሮች መተግበር የሚወሰነው እየሰራ እና ተፈጻሚነት ባለው የህግ ስርዓት ሳይሆን በዋነኝነት በድርድር የሚካሄድ የፖለቲካ ሂደት ነው የሚመስለው።

or that he may not call them to account by a process of slow wastage - for thy lord is indeed full of kindness and mercy .
ወይም ቀስ በቀስ በማጉደል ላይ የሚይዛቸው መኾኑን ( አይፈሩምን ) ጌታችሁም በእርግጥ ርኅሩኅ አዛኝ ነው ፡ ፡

it is allah who begins ( the process of ) creation ; then repeats it ; then shall ye be brought back to him .
አላህ መፍጠርን ይጀምራል ፡ ፡ ከዚያም ይመልሰዋል ፤ ከዚያም ወደርሱ ትመለሳላችሁ ፡ ፡

those who disobey god and the prophet and exceed the bounds of law , will be taken to hell and abide there for ever and shall suffer despicable punishment .
አላህንና መልክተኛውንም የሚያምጽ ወሰኖቹንም የሚተላለፍ በውስጧ ዘውታሪ ሲኾን እሳትን ያገባዋል ፡ ፡ ለርሱም አዋራጅ ቅጣት አለው ፡ ፡

why do not the learned men and the doctors of law prohibit them from their speaking of what is sinful and their eating of what is unlawfully acquired ? certainly evil is that which they work .
ቀሳውስቱና ሊቃውንቱ ከኃጢአት ንግግራቸውና እርምን ከመብላታቸው አይከለክሏቸውም ኖሮአልን ይሠሩት የነበሩት ነገር በጣም ከፋ !

thus we revealed it an arabic code of law . were you to follow their desires , after the knowledge that has come to you , you would have neither ally nor defender against god .
እንደዚሁ በዐረብኛ የተነገረ ፍትሕ ሲኾን አወረድነው ፡ ፡ ዕውቀቱ ከመጣልህም በኋላ ዝንባሌዎቻቸውን ብትከተል ከአላህ ቅጣት ምንም ረዳትም ጠባቂም የለህም ፡ ፡

such is one of the stories of what happened unseen , which we reveal by inspiration unto thee ; nor wast thou ( present ) with them then when they concerted their plans together in the process of weaving their plots .
( ሙሐመድ ሆይ ) ይህ ወዳንተ የምናወርደው ሲኾን ፤ ከሩቅ ወሬዎች ነው ፡ ፡ አንተም እነርሱ ( በዩሱፍ ) የሚመክሩ ኾነው ነገራቸውን በቆረጡ ጊዜ እነሱ ዘንድ አልነበርክም ፡ ፡

why do not the rabbis and the doctors of law forbid them from their ( habit of ) uttering sinful words and eating things forbidden ? evil indeed are their works .
ቀሳውስቱና ሊቃውንቱ ከኃጢአት ንግግራቸውና እርምን ከመብላታቸው አይከለክሏቸውም ኖሮአልን ይሠሩት የነበሩት ነገር በጣም ከፋ !

indeed , he begins the [ process of ] creation and then repeats it that he may reward those who have believed and done righteous deeds , in justice . but those who disbelieved will have a drink of scalding water and a painful punishment for what they used to deny .
ሁላችሁም ኾናችሁ መመለሻችሁ ወደ እርሱ ነው ፡ ፡ ( ይህም ) የተረጋገጠ የአላህ ቃል ኪዳን ነው ፤ እርሱ መፍጠርን ይጀምራል ፡ ፡ ከዚያም እነዚያን ያመኑትንና መልካም የሠሩትን በትክክል ይመነዳ ዘንድ ይመልሰዋል ፡ ፡ እነዚያ የካዱትም ይክዱት በነበሩት ነገር ለነርሱ ከፈላ ውሃ የኾነ መጠጥና አሳማሚ ቅጣት አላቸው ፡ ፡

( and said ) : " eat of the good things we have given you for food , and do not exceed the bounds ( of law ) in this , or my wrath will surely fall upon you ; and he who incurs my wrath will fall into the abyss .
ከሰጠናችሁ ሲሳይ ፤ ከመልካሙ ብሉ ፡ ፡ በእርሱም ወሰንን አትለፉ ፡ ፡ ቁጣዬ በእናንተ ላይ ይወርድባችኋልና ፡ ፡ በእርሱም ላይ ቁጣዬ የሚወርድበት ሰው በእርግጥ ይጠፋል ፡ ፡
