for he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is god.
መሠረት ያላትን፥ እግዚአብሔር የሠራትንና የፈጠራትን ከተማ ይጠብቅ ነበርና።

and the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the lamb.
ለከተማይቱም ቅጥር አሥራ ሁለት መሠረቶች ነበሩአት፥ በእነርሱም ውስጥ የአሥራ ሁለቱ የበጉ ሐዋርያት ስሞች ተጽፈው ነበር።

ከተማንም ለማጥፋት በፈለግን ጊዜ ባለ ጸጋዎችዋን እናዛለን ፡ ፡ በውስጧም ያምጻሉ ፡ ፡ በእርሷም ላይ ቃሉ ( ቅጣቱ ) ይፈጸምባታል ፡ ፡ ማጥፋትንም እናጠፋታለን ፡ ፡

but god struck at the foundations of their building , and the roof fell down upon them from above . the punishment came upon them from where they did not expect .
እነዚያ ከእነሱ ( ከቁረይሾች ) በፊት የነበሩት በእርግጥ መከሩ ፡ ፡ አላህም ሕንጻዎቻቸውን ከመሠረቶቻቸው አፈረሰ ፡ ፡ ጣሪያውም በእነሱ ላይ ከበላያቸው ወደቀባቸው ፡ ፡ ቅጣቱም ከማያውቁት ሥፍራ መጣባቸው ፡ ፡

god demolished their houses , destroying their very foundations . their ceilings toppled on their heads and torment struck them from a direction which they had never expected .
እነዚያ ከእነሱ ( ከቁረይሾች ) በፊት የነበሩት በእርግጥ መከሩ ፡ ፡ አላህም ሕንጻዎቻቸውን ከመሠረቶቻቸው አፈረሰ ፡ ፡ ጣሪያውም በእነሱ ላይ ከበላያቸው ወደቀባቸው ፡ ፡ ቅጣቱም ከማያውቁት ሥፍራ መጣባቸው ፡ ፡

surely there plotted those before them , but allah came upon their structures from the foundations , so the roof fell down upon them from above them and the torment came upon them whence they perceived not .
እነዚያ ከእነሱ ( ከቁረይሾች ) በፊት የነበሩት በእርግጥ መከሩ ፡ ፡ አላህም ሕንጻዎቻቸውን ከመሠረቶቻቸው አፈረሰ ፡ ፡ ጣሪያውም በእነሱ ላይ ከበላያቸው ወደቀባቸው ፡ ፡ ቅጣቱም ከማያውቁት ሥፍራ መጣባቸው ፡ ፡

as abraham raises the foundations of the house , together with ishmael , “ our lord , accept it from us , you are the hearer , the knower .
ኢብራሂምና ኢስማኢልም « ጌታችን ሆይ ! ከእኛ ተቀበል ፡ ፡ አንተ ሰሚውና ዐዋቂው አንተ ነህና » የሚሉ ሲኾኑ ከቤቱ መሠረቶቹን ከፍ ባደረጉ ጊዜ ( አስታውስ ) ፡ ፡

and when ibrahim and ismail raised the foundations of the house : our lord ! accept from us ; surely thou art the hearing , the knowing :
ኢብራሂምና ኢስማኢልም « ጌታችን ሆይ ! ከእኛ ተቀበል ፡ ፡ አንተ ሰሚውና ዐዋቂው አንተ ነህና » የሚሉ ሲኾኑ ከቤቱ መሠረቶቹን ከፍ ባደረጉ ጊዜ ( አስታውስ ) ፡ ፡

those who were before them [ had also ] schemed . then allah came at their edifice from the foundations and the roof fell down upon them from above and the punishment overtook them whence they were not aware .
እነዚያ ከእነሱ ( ከቁረይሾች ) በፊት የነበሩት በእርግጥ መከሩ ፡ ፡ አላህም ሕንጻዎቻቸውን ከመሠረቶቻቸው አፈረሰ ፡ ፡ ጣሪያውም በእነሱ ላይ ከበላያቸው ወደቀባቸው ፡ ፡ ቅጣቱም ከማያውቁት ሥፍራ መጣባቸው ፡ ፡

introduction authentic leadership is an approach to leadership that emphasizes building the leader's legitimacy through honest relationships with followers which value their input and are built on an ethical foundation. generally, authentic leaders are positive people with truthful self-concepts who promote openness. by building trust and generating enthusiastic support from their subordinates, authentic leaders are able to improve individual and team performance. this approach has been fully embraced by many leaders and leadership coaches who view authentic leadership as an alternative to leaders who emphasize profit and share price over people and ethics. authentic leadership is a growing area of study in academic research on leadership which has recently grown from obscurity to the beginnings of a fully mature concept. there are four distinct components to the authentic leadership theory. selefawareness, relational transparency, balanced processing, internalized moral perspective 1. self-awareness as a leader, it's critical you have a strong sense of self, including your strengths, weaknesses, and values. it's impossible to demonstrate authenticity as a leader if you're unsure of who you are or what you stand for in the first place. 2. relational transparency passive aggression, subtle messaging, and convoluted feedback have no place in leadership. to truly foster authenticity, it's critical you remain genuine,
የአንድ ኩባንያ የአመራር ብቃት ምዘና ሪፖርት በዚህ ሰፊ የምዘና ምድብ ውስጥ ግምገማችንን ወደ “ትክክለኛ አመራር” ቀቅለነዋል ፡፡ መሪዎች በቡድናቸው ፍላጎቶች እና በራሳቸው ምርጫዎች እና ጥንካሬዎች ላይ በመመርኮዝ የትኛውን የአመራር ዘይቤ እንደሚጠቀሙ መወሰን አለባቸው ፡፡ ትክክለኛ አመራሮች በሥራ ቦታ ግንኙነቶችን ለመገንባት እና እምነት ለማጎልበት እውነተኛ እና ግልጽ ባህሪን የሚለማመዱበት አንድ ዓይነት የአስተዳደር ዘይቤ ነው ፡፡ የቡድኑ አባላት በእኩልነት ይሳተፋሉ
