« ይህ ስጦታችን ነው ፡ ፡ ያለግምት ለግስ ፤ ወይም ጨብጥ » ( አልነው ) ፡ ፡

not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing.
ክፉን በክፉ ፈንታ ወይም ስድብን በስድብ ፈንታ አትመልሱ በዚህ ፈንታ ባርኩ እንጂ፥ በረከትን ልትወርሱ ለዚህ ተጠርታችኋልና።

o people who believe ! do not kill prey while you are on the pilgrimage ; and whoever among you kills it intentionally , so its recompense is that he shall give a similar domestic animal ( for sacrifice ) , two honest men among you rendering the command , the sacrifice being brought to the kaa bah ’ – or he gives as redemption , food for some needy persons , or fasts for the same number of days , so that he may taste the consequences of his deed ; allah has forgiven what has passed ; and henceforth whoever does it , allah will take recompense from him ; and allah is almighty , avenger .
እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ ! እናንት በሐጅ ሥራ ውስጥ ስትኾኑ አውሬን አትግደሉ ፡ ፡ ከእናንተም እያወቀ የገደለው ሰው ቅጣቱ ከእናንተ ሁለት የትክክለኛነት ባለቤቶች የሚፈርዱበት የኾነ ወደ ካዕባ ደራሽ መሥዋዕት ሲኾን ከቤት እንስሳዎች የገደለውን ነገር ብጤ መስጠት ወይም ምስኪኖችን ማብላት ወይም የዚህን ልክ መጾም ማካካሻ ነው ፡ ፡ ( ይኽም ) የሥራውን ከባድ ቅጣት እንዲቀምስ ነው ፡ ፡ ( ሳይከለከል በፊት ) ካለፈው ነገር አላህ ይቅርታ አደረገ ፡ ፡ ( ወደ ጥፋቱም ) የተመለሰም ሰው አላህ ከርሱ ይበቀላል ፡ ፡ አላህም አሸናፊ የመበቀል ባለቤት ነው ፡ ፡
