what , does he think none has seen him ?
አንድም ያላየው መኾኑን ያስባልን ?

what , does he think none has power over him ,
በእርሱ ላይ አንድም የማይችል መኾኑን ይጠረጥራልን ?

what , does man reckon he shall be left to roam at will ?
ሰው ስድ ኾኖ መትተውን ይጠረጥራልን ?

what , does the human think we shall never gather his bones ?
ሰው አጥንቶቹን አለመሰብሰባችንን ያስባልን ?

what , does he promise you that when you are dead and turned to dust and bones , you will be brought forth ?
« እናንተ በሞታችሁና ዐፈርና አጥንቶችም በኾናችሁ ጊዜ እናንተ ( ከመቃብር ) ትወጣላችሁ በማለት ያስፈራራችኋልን

what ! does he threaten you that when you are dead and become dust and bones that you shall then be brought forth ?
« እናንተ በሞታችሁና ዐፈርና አጥንቶችም በኾናችሁ ጊዜ እናንተ ( ከመቃብር ) ትወጣላችሁ በማለት ያስፈራራችኋልን

what does it matter to you if he will not become pure ( from disbelief , you are only a messenger , your duty is to convey the message of allah ) .
ባይጥራራ ( ባያምን ) ባንተ ላይ ምንም የሌለብህ ስትኾን ፡ ፡

and we have not made the wardens of the fire others than angels , and we have not made their number but as a trial for those who disbelieve , that those who have been given the book may be certain and those who believe may increase in faith , and those who have been given the book and the believers may not doubt , and that those in whose hearts is a disease and the unbelievers may say : what does allah mean by this parable ? thus does allah make err whom he pleases , and he guides whom he pleases , and none knows the hosts of your lord but he himself ; and this is naught but a reminder to the mortals .
የእሳትንም ዘበኞች መላእክት እንጅ ሌላ አላደረግንም ፡ ፡ ቁጥራቸውንም ለእነዚያ ለካዱት መፈተኛ እንጅ አላደረግንም ፡ ፡ እነዚያ መጽሐፍን የተሰጡት እንዲያረጋግጡ ፣ እነዚያም ያመኑት እምነትን እንዲጨምሩ ፣ እነዚያም መጽሐፍን የተሰጡትና ምእምናኖቹ እንዳይጠራጠሩ ፣ እነዚያም በልቦቻቸው ውስጥ በሽታ ያለባቸው ( መናፍቃን ) ፣ ከሓዲዎችም አላህ በዚህ ( ቁጥር ) ምን ምሳሌ ሽቷል ? እንዲሉ ( እንጅ አላደረግንም ) ፡ ፡ እንደዚሁ አላህ የሚሻውን ያጠምማል ፡ ፡ የሚሻውንም ያቀናል ፡ ፡ የጌታህንም ሰራዊት ( ልክ ) ከርሱ በቀር ማንም አያውቅም ፡ ፡ እርሷም ( የሰቀር እሳት ) ለሰዎች መገሰጫ እንጅ ሌላ አይደለችም ፡ ፡
