simon peter saith unto him, lord, not my feet only, but also my hands and my head.
Սիմոն Պետրոսն ասաց նրան. «Տէ՛ր, ոչ թէ միայն իմ ոտքերը, այլեւ իմ ձեռքերն ու գլուխն էլ լուա՛»:

and i will stretch out my hand, and smite egypt with all my wonders which i will do in the midst thereof: and after that he will let you go.
Ես ձեռքս մեկնելով պիտի հարուածեմ Եգիպտոսին իմ բոլոր զարմանահրաշ գործերով, որ պիտի գործեմ նրանց մէջ, եւ դրանից յետոյ միայն նա պիտի ազատ արձակի ձեզ:

then saith he to thomas, reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.
Ապա Թովմասին ասաց. «Բե՛ր քո մատները եւ դի՛ր այստեղ ու տե՛ս իմ ձեռքերը. եւ բե՛ր քո ձեռքը ու մտցրո՛ւ իմ կողի մէջ. անհաւատ մի՛ եղիր, այլ՝ հաւատացեալ»:

and pharaoh's cup was in my hand: and i took the grapes, and pressed them into pharaoh's cup, and i gave the cup into pharaoh's hand.
Փարաւոնի բաժակն իմ ձեռքին էր. վերցնում էի խաղողը, ճմլում փարաւոնի բաժակի մէջ եւ բաժակը տալիս էի փարաւոնի ձեռքը»:

except the god of my father, the god of abraham, and the fear of isaac, had been with me, surely thou hadst sent me away now empty. god hath seen mine affliction and the labour of my hands, and rebuked thee yesternight.
Եթէ ինձ հետ չլինէին իմ հօր Աստուածը, Աբրահամի Աստուածն ու Իսահակի երկիւղը, այժմ գուցէ ինձ ձեռնունայն յետ ուղարկէիր: Աստուած, սակայն, տեսաւ իմ չարչարանքն ու իմ ձեռքի գործը եւ երէկ քեզ յանդիմանեց»:
