when you entered your garden , why did you not say , “ as god wills ; there is no power except through god ” ? although you see me inferior to you in wealth and children .
''আর তুমি যখন তোমার বাগানে প্রবেশ করতে তখন কেন বল না -- 'মা-শা-আল্লাহ্‌, আল্লাহ্ ছাড়া কোনো শক্তি নেই’? যদিও তুমি আমাকে দেখো ধনদৌলত ও সন্তানসন্ততিতে আমি তোমার চাইতে কম, --

he said : did you see when we took refuge on the rock then i forgot the fish , and nothing made me forget to speak of it but the shaitan , and it took its way into the river ; what a wonder !
সে বললঃ আপনি কি লক ্ ষ ্ য করেছেন , আমরা যখন প ্ রস ্ তর খন ্ ডে আশ ্ রয় নিয়েছিলাম , তখন আমি মাছের কথা ভুলে গিয়েছিলাম । শয়তানই আমাকে একথা স ্ মরণ রাখতে ভুলিয়ে দিয়েছিল । মাছটি আশ ্ চর ্ য জনক ভাবে সমুদ ্ রে নিজের পথ করে নিয়েছে ।

did you not see that it is allah who sent down water from the sky , and then with it made springs in the earth , and then with it produces crops of various colours , and then it dries up and you see it has become yellow , and he then fragments them into small pieces ; indeed in this is a reminder for people of intellect .
তুমি কি দেখ না যে আল ্ লাহ ্ আকাশ থেকে পানি বর ্ ষণ করেন , তারপর তাকে মাটিতে স ্ রোতরূপে প ্ রবাহিত করেন , তারপর তার দ ্ বারা তিনি উৎপাদন করেন গাছপালা যাদের বর ্ ণ বিবিধ ধরনের , তারপর তা শুকিয়ে যায় , ফলে তুমি তাকে হলদে হয়ে যেতে দেখতে পাও , তারপর তিনি তাকে খড় কুটো বানিয়ে ফেলেন । নিঃসন ্ দেহ এতে তো উপদেশ রয়েছে বোধশক ্ তি-সম ্ পন ্ নদের জন ্ য ।

when you entered your garden why did you not say : " if allah wills ; there is no power except by allah . " though you see me lesser than yourself in wealth and children ,
''আর তুমি যখন তোমার বাগানে প্রবেশ করতে তখন কেন বল না -- 'মা-শা-আল্লাহ্‌, আল্লাহ্ ছাড়া কোনো শক্তি নেই’? যদিও তুমি আমাকে দেখো ধনদৌলত ও সন্তানসন্ততিতে আমি তোমার চাইতে কম, --

and why did you , when you entered your garden , not say , ' what allah willed [ has occurred ] ; there is no power except in allah ' ? although you see me less than you in wealth and children ,
