တဖန် မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ဘုရားသခင်၏ နိုင်ငံတော်ကို အဘယ်သို့ပုံပြရအံ့နည်း။

and samson said concerning them, now shall i be more blameless than the philistines, though i do them a displeasure.
ထိုအမှုကို ထောက်၍ ရှံဆုန်က၊ ငါသည် ဖိလိတ္တိလူတို့၌ အပြစ်ပြုသော်လည်း၊ သူတို့သည် ငါ့ကို အပြစ်တင်စရာမရှိဟု ဆိုသည်နှင့်အညီ၊

and he said, lord god, whereby shall i know that i shall inherit it?
အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ဤပြည်ကို အကျွန်ုပ် အမွေခံရမည်ကို အဘယ်သို့ သိရပါအံ့နည်းဟု မေးလျှောက်လေ၏။

quicken me after thy lovingkindness; so shall i keep the testimony of thy mouth.
ကရုဏာတော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်း အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အသက်ရှင်စေတော်မူပါ။ နှုတ်တော်ထွက် ဗျာဒိတ်တော် ကို စောင့်ပါမည်။

how much less shall i answer him, and choose out my words to reason with him?
ထိုမျှမက ငါသည်အဘယ်သို့ ပြန်လျှောက်ရအံ့နည်း။ ရှေ့တော်၌ အဘယ်သို့သောစကားကို ရွေး၍ လျှောက်ရအံ့နည်း။

and though after my skin worms destroy this body, yet in my flesh shall i see god:
ငါ့အရေကုန်ပြီးမှ ဤကိုယ်ကိုပင် ဖျက်ဆီးသော်လည်း၊ ငါသည်ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာ၌ ဘုရားသခင်ကိုမြင်မည်ဟူ၍ ၎င်း ငါသိ၏။

my soul thirsteth for god, for the living god: when shall i come and appear before god?
ငါ့ဝိညာဉ်သည် ဘုရားသခင်တည်းဟူသော အသက်ရှင်တော်မူသော ဘုရားကိုငတ်လှ၏။ အဘယ် ကာလမှ ဘုရားသခင့်ထံတော်သို့ ရောက်၍မျက်နှာပြရအံ့ နည်း။

and david was afraid of god that day, saying, how shall i bring the ark of god home to me?
ထိုနေ့၌ဒါဝိဒ်သည် ဘုရားသခင်ကို ကြောက်၍၊ ဘုရားသခင်၏ သေတ္တာတော်ကို အဘယ်ကြောင့် ငါ့ထံသို့ ဆောင်ခဲ့ရမည်နည်းဟုဆိုလျက်၊

ညီတို့ရှိရာသို့ သွား၍၊ သူငယ်မရှိပါတကား။ ငါသည် အဘယ်သို့ သွားရပါ မည်နည်းဟု ဆိုလေ၏။

ကျွန်မ၏သားသည် သင်၏အမျိုးဖြစ်သောကြောင့်၊ သူ့ကိုလည်း လူမျိုးဖြစ်စေမည်ဟု အာဗြံဟံအား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

and they shall be mine, saith the lord of hosts, in that day when i make up my jewels; and i will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him.
ထိုသူတို့သည် ငါစီရင်သောနေ့ရက်၌ ငါပိုင် ထိုက်သော ဘဏ္ဍာတော်ဖြစ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ အက၏အမှုကို ဆောင်သောသားကို အဘနှမြောသကဲ့သို့ ထိုသူတို့ကို ငါနှမြောမည်ဟု ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာဝရ ဘုရားမိန့်တော်မူ၏။

and he said, if the lord do not help thee, whence shall i help thee? out of the barnfloor, or out of the winepress?
ရှင်ဘုရင်က၊ ထာဝရဘုရားကယ်မတော်မမူ လျှင်၊ ငါသည် အဘယ်သို့ ကယ်မနိုင်မည်နည်း။ စပါးနယ်ရာတလင်း၊ စပျစ်သီးနယ်ရာ ကျင်းထဲက ကယ်မနိုင်မည်လောဟူ၍၎င်း၊

all the bright lights of heaven will i make dark over thee, and set darkness upon thy land, saith the lord god.
သင့်အထက်၊ မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင်၌ ထွန်းလင်းသော အလင်းအိမ် အလုံးစုံတို့ကို မိုက်စေ၍၊ သင့်ပြည်ကို မှောင် မိုက်နှင့် ဖုံးလွှမ်းမည်။

and i will yet be more vile than thus, and will be base in mine own sight: and of the maidservants which thou hast spoken of, of them shall i be had in honour.
ထိုမျှမက၊ ငါသာ၍ယုတ်မာမည်။ ကိုယ် အထင်အတိုင်းကိုယ်ကိုသာ၍ နှိမ့်ချမည်၊ သင်ပြောသော ကျွန်မများမူကား၊ ငါ့ကိုချီးမွမ်းကြလိမ့်မည်ဟု မိခါလကို ပြန်ပြော၏။

be thou instructed, o jerusalem, lest my soul depart from thee; lest i make thee desolate, a land not inhabited.
အိုယေရုရှလင်မြို့၊ ဆုံးမခြင်းကို ခံလော့။ သို့မဟုတ်၊ သင့်ကို ငါရွံရှာမည်။ သင့်ကိုပယ်ရှင်း၍ လူဆိတ်ညံရာအရပ် ဖြစ်စေမည်။

wherefore, if meat make my brother to offend, i will eat no flesh while the world standeth, lest i make my brother to offend.
သို့ဖြစ်၍၊ ငါ၏အစားအသောက်သည် ငါ့ညီအစ်ကိုကို မှားယွင်းစေလျှင်၊ ငါ့ညီအစ်ကို၌ မှားယွင်း စရာအကြောင်းမရှိစေခြင်းငှါ၊ အမဲသားကို အစဉ်မပြတ် ရှောင်မည်။
