in consideration of the payments to the employee as more specifically mentioned below, the employee will release the company from all obligations and liabilities contained in, granted by or arising from the contract, at law or in equity, on the terms of this release and discharge.

in consideration of the above, the employee hereby irrevocably and unconditionally releases and discharges the company from all claims, rights, debts, liabilities, proceedings, demands, obligations, conditions, promises, acts, agreements, costs, expenses, accounting, damages, and actions, of whatever kind or nature, whether in law or equity, whether known or unknown, which he has had, may now have or may hereafter have against the company for or by reason of any occurrence, matter or thing through and including the date hereof which arises out of or in connection with the contract or any other deed or document supplemental to the contract.
