ငါ့နေ့ရက်လွန်ပြီ။ ငါနှလုံးသွင်းမိသော အကြံ အစည်တို့သည် ပျက်စီးခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ကြပြီ။

the troubles of my heart are enlarged: o bring thou me out of my distresses.
အကျွန်ုပ် စိတ်နှလုံးဆင်းရဲသည်ကို ချမ်းသာ ပေး၍၊ အမှုများထဲက ကယ်နှုတ်တော်မူပါ။

i am feeble and sore broken: i have roared by reason of the disquietness of my heart.

hear the voice of my supplications, when i cry unto thee, when i lift up my hands toward thy holy oracle.
အကျွန်ုပ်သည် သန့်ရှင်းသောဗျာဒိတ်ဌာနတော်သို့ လက်ကိုချီ၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို အော်ဟစ်သောအခါ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တောင်းလျှောက်သော အသံကို နားထောင် တော်မူပါ။

let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, o lord, my strength, and my redeemer.
အကျွန်ုပ်ပြောသေားစကားနှင့် စိတ်နှလုံး၏ အကြံအစည်သည် ရှေ့တော်၌ နှစ်သက်ဖွယ်ဖြစ်ပါစေ သော။ အိုထာဝရဘုရားအကျွန်ုပ်၏ ကျောက်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ရွေးနှုတ်တော်မူသောဘုရား။

my heart panted, fearfulness affrighted me: the night of my pleasure hath he turned into fear unto me.

i am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint: my heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of my bowels.

i sleep, but my heart waketh: it is the voice of my beloved that knocketh, saying, open to me, my sister, my love, my dove, my undefiled: for my head is filled with dew, and my locks with the drops of the night.
