but god prepared a worm when the morning rose the next day, and it smote the gourd that it withered.
နက်ဖြန်မိုဃ်းလင်းသောအခါ ဘုရားသခင် ခန့် ထားတော်မူသော ပိုးကောင်သည် ကြက်ဆူပင်ကို ကိုက်၍ ညှိုးနွမ်းစေ၏။

and the lord went before them by day in a pillar of a cloud, to lead them the way; and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light; to go by day and night:
သူတို့သည် နေ့ညသွားနိုင်အောင် ထာဝရဘုရားသည် နေ့၌ကား၊ လမ်းပြဘို့ မိုဃ်းတိမ်တိုင်အားဖြင့် ၎င်း၊ ညဉ့်၌ကား၊ အလင်းပေးဘို့ မီးတိုင်အားဖြင့်၎င်း၊ သူတို့ရှေ့က ကြွတော်မူ၏။
