for at the window of my house i looked through my casement,
ငါ့အိမ်ပြတင်းရွက်ကြားမှ ငါကြည့်၍မြင်ရသော အမှုဟူမူကား၊

it is in the center of my chest
အဲဒါက ကျွန်တော် ကျွန်မ ရင်ဘတ် အလယ်မှာ

it hurts in the middle of my chest
ကျွန်တော်/ကျွန်မ ရင်ဘတ် အလယ်တည့်တည့်မှာ အောင့်နေတယ်

it is right in the center of my chest
အဲဒါက ကျွန်တော်/ကျွန်မ ရင်ဘတ် အလယ်မှာ ပဲ

ဤသည်မှာ သင့်အနေဖြင့် ကူးစက်မှုဖြစ်ပွားနေသည့် နယ်မြေမှ ထွက်ခွာရန် ကြိုးစားနေသည်ဆိုလျှင် အမှန်တကယ်ဂရုပြုရမည့် အချက်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

ငါပြုသောကျေးဇူးအတွက် သူတို့သည် ငါ့ အသက်ကိုလူယူခြင်းတည်းဟူသော မကောင်းသောအရာ ကို ဆပ်ပေးကြ၏။

and the lord said unto moses, whosoever hath sinned against me, him will i blot out of my book.
ထာဝရဘုရားက၊ အကြင်သူသည် ငါ့ကို ပြစ်မှား၏၊ ထိုသူ၏ နာမကို ငါ့စာရင်း၌ ငါချေမည်။

well i feel a pain in the front of my body here in my chest
ဟုတ်ပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်/ကျွန်မ ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာအရှေ့ပိုင်း ဟောဒီ ရင်ဘတ်နေရာမှာ အောင့်ပါတယ်

in the multitude of my thoughts within me thy comforts delight my soul.
အကျွန်ုပ်၏ နှလုံးထဲမှာ စိတ်များပြားသောအခါ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် သက်သာစေတော်မူသဖြင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဝိညာဉ်သည် ရွှင်လန်းပါ၏။

and abram said, lord god, what wilt thou give me, seeing i go childless, and the steward of my house is this eliezer of damascus?
အာဗြံက၊ အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် သားမရှိဘဲ သွားရပါ၏။ ဤဒမာသက်မြို့သား ဧလျာဇာ သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၏ အမွေခံဖြစ်ရပါ၏။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ အဘယ်ကျေးဇူးကို ပြုတော်မူပါမည်နည်းဟု လျှောက်ဆို၏။

but the lord is my defence; and my god is the rock of my refuge.
သို့သော်လည်း၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါ၏ရဲတိုက် ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ငါ၏ဘုရားသခင်သည် ငါခိုလှုံရာ ကျောက်ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။

and i give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
ထာဝရအသက်ကိုလည်း ငါပေး၏။ သိုးတို့သည် ပျက်စီးခြင်းနှင့် အစဉ်မပြတ်ကင်းလွတ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ အဘယ်သူမျှထိုသိုးတို့ကို ငါ့လက်မှမနှုတ်မယူရာ။

and he said, behold now, i am old, i know not the day of my death:
အဘကလည်း၊ ယခုငါအိုလှပြီ။ အဘယ်သော အခါ သေရမည်ကို ငါမသိ။

and the lord said, i will remove judah also out of my sight, as i have removed israel, and will cast off this city jerusalem which i have chosen, and the house of which i said, my name shall be there.
ဣသရေလအမျိုးကို ငါ့မျက်မှောက်မှ ပယ်ရှား သကဲ့သို့ ယုဒအမျိုးကိုလည်း ငါပယ်ရှားမည်။ ငါရွေးချယ် သော ယေရုရှလင်မြို့ကို၎င်း၊ အကြင်ဗိမာန်၌ငါ့နာမကို ငါတည်စေမည်ဟု ငါဆိုသော ဗိမာန်ကို၎င်း၊ ငါစွန့်ပစ် မည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

give ear, o my people, to my law: incline your ears to the words of my mouth.
ငါ၏လူများတို့၊ ငါ့တရားကို နာကြလော့။ ငါမြွက်သော စကားကို နားထောင်ကြလော့။

then will i pluck them up by the roots out of my land which i have given them; and this house, which i have sanctified for my name, will i cast out of my sight, and will make it to be a proverb and a byword among all nations.
ငါပေးသောပြည်မှ သူတို့ကို အမြစ်နှင့်တကွ ငါနှုတ်ပစ်မည်။ ငါ့နာမအဘို့ ငါသန့်ရှင်းစေသော ဤအိမ် တော်ကို ငါ့မျက်မှောက်မှ ပယ်ရှားမည်။ တပါးအမျိုးသား တို့တွင် ပုံခိုင်းရာကဲ့ရဲ့ရာ ဖြစ်စေမည်။

by thee have i been holden up from the womb: thou art he that took me out of my mother's bowels: my praise shall be continually of thee.
အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ဘွားကတည်းကပင် ကိုယ်တော်ကို မှီဝဲပါပြီ။ အမိဝမ်းတွင်းမှစ၍ ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ခံရပါပြီ။ ကိုယ်တော်ကို အစဉ်ချီးမွမ်းပါမည်။

and he communed with them, saying, if it be your mind that i should bury my dead out of my sight; hear me, and intreat for me to ephron the son of zohar,
ငါသည် ငါ၏မယားအသေကောင်ကို မျက်ကွယ် မြှုပ်စေခြင်းငှါ သင်တို့ အလိုရှိလျှင်၊ ငါ့စကားကို နား ထောင်ကြပါလော့။

then it shall be, that whatsoever cometh forth of the doors of my house to meet me, when i return in peace from the children of ammon, shall surely be the lord's, and i will offer it up for a burnt offering.
အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အမ္မုန်အမျိုးသားတို့ရှိရာမှ ငြိမ်ဝပ်စွာ ပြန်လာသောအခါ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ခရီးဦးကြို ပြုအံ့သောငှါ အကျွန်ုပ်အိမ်တံခါးဝမှ ထွက်လာသောသူ မည်သည်ကို ထာဝရဘုရားအား အမှန်ဆက်သ၍ မီးရှို့ရာယဇ်ပူဇော်ပါမည်ဟု သစ္စာဂတိထားပြီးမှ၊
