ငါသည် စိတ်နှလုံးထဲမှာ ဒုစရိုက်ကို ငဲ့ကွက်လျှင်၊ ဘုရားရှင်သည် နားထောင်တော်မမူ။

bow down thine ear, o lord, hear me: for i am poor and needy.
အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ နားတော်ကိုလှည့်၍ အကျွန်ုပ် စကားကို နားထောင်တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ဆင်းရဲ ငတ်မွတ်ပါ၏။

and hide not thy face from thy servant; for i am in trouble: hear me speedily.
ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်မှ မျက်နှာတော်ကို လွှဲတော်မမူပါနှင့်။ ဘေးရောက်ပါပြီ။ အလျင်အမြန် နားထောင် တော်မူပါ။

attend unto me, and hear me: i mourn in my complaint, and make a noise;
ကြည့်ရှုနားထောင်တော်မူပါ။ ရန်သူ၏စကား သံကြောင့်၎င်း၊ မတရားသောညှဉ်းဆဲခြင်းကြောင့်၎င်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ညှိုးငယ်သောစိတ်နှင့် ညည်းတွားမြည် တမ်းလျက်နေရပါ၏။

therefore i will look unto the lord; i will wait for the god of my salvation: my god will hear me.
ငါမူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရားကို မြော်လင့်မည်။ ငါ့ကို ကယ်တင်တော်မူသော ဘုရားသခင်ကို ငါခိုလှုံမည်။ ငါ၏ဘုရားသခင်သည် ငါ့စကားကို နားထောင်တော် မူမည်။

consider and hear me, o lord my god: lighten mine eyes, lest i sleep the sleep of death;
အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်စကားကို မျက်နှာပြု၍ နားထောင်တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်မျက်စိကို လင်းစေတော်မူပါ။ သို့မဟုတ်လျှင် အသေအိပ်ပျော်ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ရပါမည်။

hear me, o lord; for thy lovingkindness is good: turn unto me according to the multitude of thy tender mercies.
အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကျေးဇူးပြုချင်သော စေတနာတော်သည် ကောင်းမွန်သောကြောင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်စကား ကို နားထောင်တော်မူပါ။ စုံမက်တော်မူခြင်း ကရုဏာများပြားသည်နှင့်အညီ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မျက်နှာ ပြတော်မူပါ။

for i said, hear me, lest otherwise they should rejoice over me: when my foot slippeth, they magnify themselves against me.

အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အလျင်အမြန် နားထောင် တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် စိတ်ပျက်ပါပြီ။ မျက်နှာလွှဲ တော်မူသဖြင့်၊ တွင်းထဲသို့ဆင်းသောသူကဲ့သို့ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ဖြစ်စေတော်မမူပါနှင့်။

and abijah stood up upon mount zemaraim, which is in mount ephraim, and said, hear me, thou jeroboam, and all israel;
အဘိယသည် ဧဖရိမ်ခရိုင်၊ ဇေမရိမ်တောင် ပေါ်မှာ ရပ်လျက်၊ အိုယေရောဗောင်နှင့် ဣသရေလလူ အပေါင်းတို့၊ နားထောင်ကြလော့။

and he communed with them, saying, if it be your mind that i should bury my dead out of my sight; hear me, and intreat for me to ephron the son of zohar,
ငါသည် ငါ၏မယားအသေကောင်ကို မျက်ကွယ် မြှုပ်စေခြင်းငှါ သင်တို့ အလိုရှိလျှင်၊ ငါ့စကားကို နား ထောင်ကြပါလော့။

and he spake unto ephron in the audience of the people of the land, saying, but if thou wilt give it, i pray thee, hear me: i will give thee money for the field; take it of me, and i will bury my dead there.
ထိုလယ်ပြင်အဘိုးငွေကို ငါပေးမည်။ ငွေကိုယူပါ၊ သို့ဖြစ်လျှင်၊ ထိုအရပ်၌ ငါ၏မယားအသေကောင်ကို ငါသင်္ဂြိုဟ်ပါမည်ဟု ပြည်သား ပရိသတ်တို့ရှေ့မှာ၊ ဧဖရုန် အား ပြောဆို၏။
