އެހެންވެއްޖެނަމަ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންވާހުށީ ފާޅުވެގެންވާ މަގުފުރެދުމެއްގައިކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.

when he ran away to a ship completely laden,
އެކަލޭގެފާނު ފިއްލަވައިގެން ވަޑައިގެން، ބަރާވެގެންވާ ނަވަށް އަރާވަޑައިގެންނެވިހިނދު ހަނދުމަކުރާށެވެ!

taking away (burning completely) the head skin!
(އޭގެ ހޫނުން) ބޮލުގެ ހަން ނޮޅާ حال ގައެވެ.

indeed, today they are surrendering themselves completely.”
އަދި ކިއެއްތަ! އެއުރެން މިއަދު ތިބީ ކިޔަމަންވެ ބޯލަނބައިގެންނެވެ.

the faithful were sorely tried there and were shaken completely,
އެވަގުތު مؤمن ން امتحان ކުރެއްވިއެވެ. އަދި ގަދަވެގެންވާ ގުޑުމަކުން އެއުރެންނަށް ގުޑުން އަރައިގެން ދިޔައެވެ. (އެބަހީ: އެއުރެންގެ ސާބިތުކަން ގެއްލި، އެގޮތް މިގޮތް ވެގެންދިޔައެވެ.)

for on that day everyone will be completely engrossed in his own concerns.
އެއުރެންކުރެ ކޮންމެ މީހަކަށް، އެމީހަކު އަވަދިނެތި ކުރާނެކަމެއް އެދުވަހުން ވެއެވެ.

such was what they continued to say until we mowed them down and made them completely extinct.
ފަހެ، ކޮށާލައިފައިވާ ގޮވާންތަކެއް ފަދައިން، އަދި ނިވިފައިވާ އަޅިތަކެއް ފަދައިން ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެއުރެން ލައްވައިފުމަށް ދާންދެން، އެއުރެންގެ އެ ގޮވުން ފިލައިނުދެތެވެ.

(he left them) as they were: we completely understood what was before him.
ކަންހުރީ އެފަދައިންނެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އޭނާގެ ކިބައިގައިވާހާ ކަމެއްގެ خبر، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ މޮޅަށް ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވަމެވެ.

pharaoh pursued them with his troops, but the sea overwhelmed them, and completely engulfed them.
ފަހެ، فرعون އޭނާގެ لشكر އާއިގެން އެއުރެންގެ ފަހަތުން ދިޔައެވެ. ދެން ކަނޑުގެ ލޮނުގަނޑު އެ لشكر އެކަށް ފޮރުވާލައި ނިވާކޮށްލައިފިއެވެ.

listen to them and watch for them the day they come to us. but the wrongdoers today are completely lost.
އެއުރެން ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة އަށް އަންނަދުވަހު، އެއުރެންގެ އިވުމާއި ފެނުމުގެ ސާފުކަން ބޮޑުކަމާއެވެ! އެހެނެއްކަމަކު، އަނިޔާވެރިވީ މީހުން މިއަދުވަނީ، ފާޅުވެ بيان ވެގެންވާ މަގުފުރެދުމެއްގައެވެ.

however, they rejected him and slew her. so their lord completely destroyed them and their city for their sins.
ފަހެ، އެއުރެން އެކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ބަސްފުޅު ދޮގުކުޅައޫއެވެ. ދެން އެއުރެން އެ ޖަމަލު މަރައިލޫއެވެ. ފަހެ، އެއުރެންގެ ފާފައިގެ ސަބަބުން އެއުރެންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ އެއުރެންގެ މައްޗަށް عذاب ފޮނުއްވިއެވެ. އަދި އެއުރެން އެންމެން، އެ عذاب ގައި ހަމަހަމަ ކުރެއްވިއެވެ.

and do not keep your hand tied to your neck nor open it completely, lest you remain seated – reproached, weary.
ތިބާގެ ކަނދުރާއާއެކު ކަސްތަޅު އެޅިގެންވާ އެއްޗެއްކަމުގައި، ތިބާގެ އަތް ނުހަދާށެވެ! އަދި އެ އަތް މުޅިން ފަތުރައިވެސްނުލާށެވެ! ފަހެ، އޭރުން މަލާމާތްލިބި، ހިތާމަ ލިބިގެންވާ حال، ތިބާ އިންނަން ޖެހިދާނެއެވެ.

o believers, enter completely into islam and do not follow in" the footsteps of satan, for he is your avowed enemy.
އޭ إيمان ވެއްޖެ މީސްތަކުންނޭވެ! ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އެންމެން إسلام دين އަށް ކިޔަމަންވުމުގެ ތެރެޔަށް ވަންނާށެވެ! އަދި شيطان އާގެ ފިޔަވަޅުތަކަށް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން تبع ނުވާށެވެ! އެހެނީ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން އެ شيطان އާ އަކީ ތިޔަ ބައިމީހުންނަށް ހުރި بيان ވެގެންވާ عدوّ އެކެވެ.

we told them, "both of you go to the people who have rejected our revelations." we completely destroyed these unbelievers.
ފަހެ، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ وحى ކުރެއްވީމެވެ. ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ آية ތައް ދޮގުކުޅަމީހުންގެ ގާތަށް ތިޔަ ދެބޭކަލުން ވަޑައިގަންނަވާށެވެ! ފަހެ، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެއުރެން ހަލާކު ކުރައްވައި ނެތިކުރެއްވީމެވެ.

and do not keep your hand chained to your neck (when spending), nor open it completely, so that you will sit blamed and destitute.
ތިބާގެ ކަނދުރާއާއެކު ކަސްތަޅު އެޅިގެންވާ އެއްޗެއްކަމުގައި، ތިބާގެ އަތް ނުހަދާށެވެ! އަދި އެ އަތް މުޅިން ފަތުރައިވެސްނުލާށެވެ! ފަހެ، އޭރުން މަލާމާތްލިބި، ހިތާމަ ލިބިގެންވާ حال، ތިބާ އިންނަން ޖެހިދާނެއެވެ.

and when it is said to them, “come to what god has revealed, and to the messenger,” you see the hypocrites shunning you completely.
އަދި، اللَّه ބާވައިލައްވާފައިވާ ފޮތަށާއި، رسول އާ އަންގަވާ ގޮތަށް تبع ވާން ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އަންނާށޭ ބުނެފިނަމަ، منافق ން، (ނަފުރަތުވެ) ކަލޭގެފާނަށް ފުރަގަސްދޭތީ ދެކެވަޑައިގަންނަވާނޫއެވެ.

and do not make your hand [as] chained to your neck or extend it completely and [thereby] become blamed and insolvent.
ތިބާގެ ކަނދުރާއާއެކު ކަސްތަޅު އެޅިގެންވާ އެއްޗެއްކަމުގައި، ތިބާގެ އަތް ނުހަދާށެވެ! އަދި އެ އަތް މުޅިން ފަތުރައިވެސްނުލާށެވެ! ފަހެ، އޭރުން މަލާމާތްލިބި، ހިތާމަ ލިބިގެންވާ حال، ތިބާ އިންނަން ޖެހިދާނެއެވެ.

and he invents an example for us, while forgetting his own creation, saying, “who is such that can revive the bones when they have completely rotted away?”
އަދި އެ އިންސާނާ ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެއަށް مثال އެއް ޖެއްސެވެ. އަދި އޭނާ ހެއްދެވިގޮތް އޭނާ ހަނދުމަނައްތައިލީއެވެ. އޭނާ ބުންޏެވެ. ކަށިތައް ފީވެ، ހަލާކުވެފައިވަނިކޮށް، އެތަކެތި ދިރުއްވާނީ ކާކުހެއްޔެވެ؟

have they not travelled through the earth, and seen what was the end of those before them? allah destroyed them completely and a similar (fate awaits) the disbelievers.
ފަހެ، އެއުރެން ބިމުގައި ދަތުރުފަތުރުކޮށް އެއުރެންގެ ކުރިން އުޅުނުމީހުންގެ ނިމުންވީ ކޮންފަދައަކުންކަން، ފަހެ، އެއުރެން ނުބަލަނީހެއްޔެެވެ؟ އެއުރެންގެ މައްޗަށް اللَّه ހަލާކުފޮނުއްވައި ނެތިކުރެއްވިއެވެ. އަދި، كافر ވި މީހުންނަށްހުރީ އެފަދަ عقوبات ތަކެވެ.

ah! on the day it (actually) reaches them, nothing will turn it away from them, and they will be completely encircled by that which they used to mock at!
އަދި عدد ކުރައްވާފައިވާ ވަގުތުކޮޅަކަށް، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެއުރެންގެ ކިބައިން عذاب ފަސްކުރައްވައިފިނަމަ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެއުރެން ބުނާނެތެވެ. އެ عذاب އަޔަނުދީ ބަންދުކުރަނީ، ކޮންއެއްޗެއްހެއްޔެވެ؟ ދަންނާށެވެ! އެއުރެންނަށް عذاب އަންނަ ދުވަހު އެއުރެންގެ ކިބައިން އެ عذاب ދުރުނުކުރައްވާ ހުށްޓެވެ. އަދި އެއުރެން އެއަށް ފުރައްސާރަކޮށް އުޅުނު عذاب، އެއުރެން ވަށައިލާ ހުށްޓެވެ.
