we collected the fish sample (parabramis pekinensis) from the local market in shanghai. the sample was transported in the icebox and delivered within 3 h to the laboratory. the sample was kept in the refrigerator at −16 °c till analysis. we removed all the skin, bones and internal digestion system and cut the fish into small pieces with the help of knives which were cleaned with methanol to avoid any interference or contamination.
Συλλέξαμε το δείγμα ψαριού (parabramis pekinensis) από την τοπική αγορά της Σαγκάης. Το δείγμα μεταφέρθηκε στην παγοθήκη και παραδόθηκε εντός 3 ωρών στο εργαστήριο. Το δείγμα διατηρήθηκε στο ψυγείο στους -16 °c μέχρι την ανάλυση. Αφαιρέσαμε όλο το δέρμα, τα κόκκαλα και το εσωτερικό σύστημα πέψης και κόψαμε το ψάρι σε μικρά κομμάτια με τη βοήθεια μαχαιριών τα οποία καθαρίσαμε με μεθανόλη για να αποφύγουμε οποιαδήποτε παρεμβολή ή μόλυνση.
