लोग जितना दिखाते हैं उससे कहीं ज्यादा छुपाते हैं

people are free to eat what they love
जो लोग खाना पसंद करते हैं वे हमेशा सबसे अच्छे लोग होते हैं

people are paying more directly into what they are getting.
लोग जो चीज प्राप्त कर रहे हैं, उसके लिए अधिक प्रत्यक्ष रूप से भुगतान कर रहे हैं।

people are afraid what they don't understand.
लोग क्या डरते हैं वे समझ में नहीं आता.

object in the mirror are more single than they appear
दर्पण में वस्तु दिखाई देने की तुलना में अधिक एकल होती है

and allah knows best what they hide ,
और जो बातें ये लोग अपने दिलों में छिपाते हैं ख़ुदा उसे ख़ूब जानता है

people are more upset with that than when they shove a knife in their throat ?
ये छवियाँ उन्हें परेशान करती हैं पर जानवरों के मौत पर वे परेशान नहीं होते ?

therefore , older people are more vulnerable to injury and disorders .
इसलिए बूढ़े लोग चोट या किसी अपंगता के अधिक शिकार होते हैं ।

your lord well knows what they hide in their breasts and what they disclose .
और ये लोग जो बातें अपने दिलों में छिपाते हैं और जो कुछ ज़ाहिर करते हैं तुम्हारा परवरदिगार खूब जानता है

do they not know that god is aware of what they hide and what they disclose ?
लेकिन क्या वह लोग नहीं जानते कि वह लोग जो कुछ छिपाते हैं या ज़ाहिर करते हैं खुदा सब कुछ जानता है

surely , your lord knows what they hide in their hearts and what they reveal .
और इसमें तो शक नहीं जो बातें उनके दिलों में पोशीदा हैं और जो कुछ ये एलानिया करते हैं तुम्हारा परवरदिगार यक़ीनी जानता है

it has been seen that some people are more prone to get diarrhoea whenever they eat some particular food , say cheese .
कई बार देखा गया है कि कुछ व्यक्ति पनीर खाने से रोगी हो जाते हैं क्योंकि वे इससे एलर्जिक होते हैं ।

and he answered, fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them.
उस ने कहा, मत डर; क्योंकि जो हमारी ओर हैं, वह उन से अधिक हैं, जो उनकी ओर हैं।

allah knows without doubt what they hide and what they make known . he does not love the proud .
ये लोग जो कुछ छिपा कर करते हैं और जो कुछ ज़ाहिर बज़ाहिर करते हैं ख़ुदा ज़रुर जानता है वह हरगिज़ तकब्बुर करने वालों को पसन्द नहीं करता

certainly allah knows what they hide and what they disclose ; indeed he does not like the proud .
ये लोग जो कुछ छिपा कर करते हैं और जो कुछ ज़ाहिर बज़ाहिर करते हैं ख़ुदा ज़रुर जानता है वह हरगिज़ तकब्बुर करने वालों को पसन्द नहीं करता

let not their speech , then , grieve thee . verily we know what they hide as well as what they disclose .
तो तुम इनकी बातों से आज़ुरदा ख़ातिर न हो जो कुछ ये लोग छिपा कर करते हैं और जो कुछ खुल्लम खुल्ला करते हैं - हम सबको यक़ीनी जानते हैं

so be not grieved by what they say . we certainly know what they hide and disclose .
तो तुम इनकी बातों से आज़ुरदा ख़ातिर न हो जो कुछ ये लोग छिपा कर करते हैं और जो कुछ खुल्लम खुल्ला करते हैं - हम सबको यक़ीनी जानते हैं

do they not prostrate themselves to allah who brings forth all that is concealed in the heavens and earth and he knows what they hide and what they reveal ?
तो उन्हें कि वह लोग ख़ुदा ही का सजदा क्यों नहीं करते जो आसमान और ज़मीन की पोशीदा बातों को ज़ाहिर कर देता है और तुम लोग जो कुछ छिपाकर या ज़ाहिर करके करते हो सब जानता है

they hide from the people, but they cannot hide from god. he is with them, as they plot by night with words he does not approve. god comprehends what they do.
लोगों से तो अपनी शरारत छुपाते हैं और (ख़ुदा से नहीं छुपा सकते) हालॉकि वह तो उस वक्त भी उनके साथ साथ है जब वह लोग रातों को (बैठकर) उन बातों के मशवरे करते हैं जिनसे ख़ुदा राज़ी नहीं और ख़ुदा तो उनकी सब करतूतों को (इल्म के अहाते में) घेरे हुए है

see how they cover themselves up to hide from him . but when they cover themselves up with their garments , he knows what they hide and what they reveal . he knows their innermost thoughts .
देखो ! ये अपने सीनों को मोड़ते है , चाहिए कि उससे छिपें । देखों ! जब ये अपने कपड़ों से स्वयं को ढाँकते है , वह जानता है जो कुछ वे छिपाते है और जो कुछ वे प्रकट करते है । निस्संदेह वह सीनों तक की बात को जानता है
