तुमसे लोग फ़तवा तलब करते हैं तुम कह दो कि कलाला के बारे में ख़ुदा तो ख़ुद तुम्हे फ़तवा देता है कि अगर कोई ऐसा शख्स मर जाए कि उसके न कोई लड़का बाला हो और उसके एक बहन हो तो उसका तर्के से आधा होगा और उसके कोई औलाद न हो तो उसका वारिस बस यही भाई होगा और अगर दो बहनें हों तो उनको तर्के से दो तिहाई मिलेगा और अगर किसी के वारिस भाई बहन दोनों हों तो मर्द को औरत के हिस्से का दुगना मिलेगा तुम लोगों के भटकने के ख्याल से ख़ुदा अपने एहकाम वाजेए करके बयान फ़रमाता है और ख़ुदा तो हर चीज़ से वाक़िफ़ है
