o mankind, indeed you are laboring toward your lord with [great] exertion and will meet it.
ئه‌ی ئینسان به‌ڕاستی تۆ خۆت زۆر ماندوو ده‌که‌یت، زۆر ڕه‌نج و زه‌حمه‌ت ده‌کێشیت، سه‌رئه‌نجامیش ده‌بێ بگه‌ڕێیته‌وه بۆ لای په‌روه‌ردگارت (تا پاداشتی ڕه‌نج و هه‌وڵه‌که‌ت وه‌ربگریت).
therefore whoever shall do of good deeds and he is a believer, there shall be no denying of his exertion, and surely we will write (it) down for him.
جا ئه‌وه‌ی کارو کرده‌وه چاکه‌کان ئه‌نجام بدات له کاتێکدا که ئه‌و که‌سه باوه‌ڕداره، جا ئه‌وه هه‌وڵ و کۆششه‌که‌ی پشتگوێ ناخرێت و به‌زایه ناچێت به‌ڕاستی ئێمه بۆی یاداشت و تۆمار ده‌که‌ین.
so when they had gone beyond that place, moosa said to his assistant, “bring our breakfast – we have indeed faced great exertion in this journey of ours.”
جا کاتێك تێپه‌ڕین (له‌و شوێنه‌و، له جێیه‌کی تر لایاندا) موسا به‌هاوه‌ڵه‌که‌ی وت: ئاده‌ی خواردنه‌که‌مان بهێنه، چونکه به‌ڕاستی له‌م سه‌فه‌ره‌ماندا زۆر هیلاك و ماندوو بووین.
and when he reached with him [the age of] exertion, he said, "o my son, indeed i have seen in a dream that i [must] sacrifice you, so see what you think." he said, "o my father, do as you are commanded. you will find me, if allah wills, of the steadfast."
کاتێک ئه‌و کوڕه که‌وته ده‌روماڵ له‌گه‌ڵیدا به‌یانیه‌ک پێی وت: کوڕم شیرینم بێگومان من ده‌مبینی له خه‌ونمدا که تۆ سه‌رده‌بڕم، تۆ ده‌ڵێی چی؟ ڕات چۆنه؟! (کوڕی چاک و خواناس و خۆگر به‌زمانی شیرین) وتی: بابه‌گیان هه‌ر فه‌رمانێکت پێ دراوه جێبه‌جێی بکه، ده‌مبینیت ئه‌گه‌ر خوا حه‌ز بکات، خوابیه‌وێت، له ئارامکاران ده‌بم.
