obeying its lord, as it must do!
گوێڕایه‌ڵی فه‌رمانی په‌روه‌ردگاری ده‌بێت، حه‌ق وایه و پێویسته له‌سه‌ری ئاوا فه‌رمانبه‌ردار بێت.

hearing and obeying its lord, as it must do;
گوێڕایه‌ڵی فه‌رمانی په‌روه‌ردگاری ده‌بێت، حه‌ق وایه و پێویسته له‌سه‌ری ئاوا فه‌رمانبه‌ردار بێت.

and drag into it anyone who has turned away (from obeying god),
دۆزه‌خ بانگی ئه‌وانه ده‌کات که له دنیادا پشتیان له حه‌ق و ڕاستی هه‌ڵده‌کردو گوێیان پێ نه‌ده‌دا.

as a favour from us, thus do we reward him who gives thanks (by obeying us).
ئه‌و ڕزگار کردنه‌نازو نیعمه‌تێکی تایبه‌تی بوو له‌لایه‌ن ئێمه‌وه‌، جا هه‌ر ئاوا پاداشتی که‌سێک ده‌ده‌ینه‌وه که‌سوپاسگوزاری کردبێت

the excessive gathering (of increase and boasting) occupied you (from worshipping and obeying)
(خه‌ڵکینه‌!!) هه‌ڵپه‌کردن و پێشبڕکێتان بۆ زۆر کردنی (ماڵ و منداڵ و سامان و کۆشك و ته‌لارو... هتد) ئێوه‌ی سه‌رگه‌رم و سه‌رگه‌ردان و بێ ئاگا کردووه له خواناسی و دینداری.

whoever obeys the messenger is obeying god. and whoever turns away—we did not send you as a watcher over them.
ئه‌وه‌ی فه‌رمانبه‌رداری پێغه‌مبه‌ر (صلی الله علیه وسلم) بکات، ئه‌وه به‌ڕاستی فه‌رمانبه‌رداری خوای کردووه‌، ئه‌وه‌ش پشتی هه‌ڵکردووه (ئه‌وه خۆی زه‌ره‌رمه‌ند ده‌بێت) خۆ ئێمه تۆمان نه‌ناردوه تا ببیته چاودێر به‌سه‌ر ئه‌وانه‌وه‌.

and obey allah and the noble messenger, hoping that you gain mercy. (obeying the prophet is in fact obeying allah.)
گوێڕایه‌ڵ و فه‌رمانبه‌رداری خواو پێغه‌مبه‌ره‌که‌ی بن بۆ ئه‌وه‌ی ڕه‌حمتان پێ بکرێت.

and to him only belongs all whatever is in the heavens and in the earth, and obeying him only is obligatory; so will you fear anyone other than allah?
هه‌رچی له ئاسمانه‌کان و زه‌ویدا هه‌یه هه‌ر ئه‌و زاته خاوه‌نیانه‌، هه‌میشه‌و به‌رده‌وام هه‌ر ئه‌و زاته‌یه که شایسته‌ی ئه‌وه بێت ئاین و به‌رنامه‌و فه‌رمانڕه‌وایی له‌و وه‌ربگیرێت و ملکه‌چی هه‌ر بۆ ئه‌و بکرێت، ئایا ڕه‌وایه بێجگه له خوا له که‌سی تر بپه‌رستن و حسابی بۆ بکه‌ن؟

(it will be said): "this is what you were promised, - (it is) for those oft-returning (to allah) in sincere repentance, and those who preserve their covenant with allah (by obeying him in all what he has ordered, and worship none but allah alone, i.e. follow allah's religion, islamic monotheism).
ئه‌مه‌ئه‌و به‌ڵێنه بوو پێتان درابوو، بۆ هه‌موو ئه‌و که‌سانه‌ی که‌زۆر ته‌وبه‌کارو خۆپارێزن له‌گوناهو نافه‌رمانی خوا.
