stirring up thereby [clouds of] dust,
sehingga menghamburkan debu pada waktu itu,

we shall turn to their deeds and scatter them like particles of dust.
dan kami tujukan perbicaraan kepada apa yang mereka telah kerjakan dari jenis amal (yang mereka pandang baik), lalu kami jadikan dia terbuang sebagai debu yang berterbangan.

and we turned all the deeds they had performed into scattered floating specks of dust.

and allah created you of dust, then of a seed; then he made you pairs.
dan allah menciptakan kamu dari tanah, kemudian dari (setitis) air benih, kemudian ia menjadikan kamu berpasangan (lelaki dan perempuan).

maybe my lord will give me a garden better than yours, and send down a thunderbolt from heaven, so that in the morning it will be a slope of dust,
maka mudah-mudahan tuhanku akan mengurniakan daku lebih baik daripada kebunmu, dan (aku bimbang) dia akan menimpakannya dengan bala, bencana dari langit, sehinggalah menjadilah kebunmu itu tanah yang licin tandus.

yet it may be that my lord will give me better than thy garden, and loose on it a thunderbolt out of heaven, so that in the morning it will be a slope of dust,
maka mudah-mudahan tuhanku akan mengurniakan daku lebih baik daripada kebunmu, dan (aku bimbang) dia akan menimpakannya dengan bala, bencana dari langit, sehinggalah menjadilah kebunmu itu tanah yang licin tandus.

and of his signs is that he created you of dust; then lo, you are mortals, all scattered abroad.
dan di antara tanda-tanda yang membuktikan kekuasaannya (menghidupkan kamu semula), bahawa ia menciptakan kamu dari tanah; setelah sempurna sahaja peringkat-peringkat kejadian kamu, kamu menjadi manusia yang hidup bertebaran di muka bumi.

sesungguhnya perbandingan (kejadian) nabi isa di sisi allah adalah sama seperti (kejadian) nabi adam. allah telah menciptakan adam dari tanah lalu berfirman kepadanya: "jadilah engkau!" maka menjadilah ia.
